“smooth CV integration, job boards api great
Pros
The CV integration is smooth and reaching out to candidates is really easy too. Plus the job boards API works exceptionally well.
Cons
Nothing too major but the CV parsing could use some updates and I'd like to see bulk CV parsing implemented.

Managing emails is not a problem anymore and I also liked the app's user interface a lot.
Cons
Finding candidates by name is a weak point for me as I often can't quickly pull up the right person.

Pros
I have noticed a lot of great things about Jobsoid. Such as it is much easier to use than many other tools, also posting jobs and managing applicants feels smooth. We also like how well it connects with WordPress, the useful mobile app and the option to do video calls with candidates which other platforms didn't offer. And all of this comes at a price that is surprisingly competitive.
Cons
We have been using it for some time now and honestly I have not come across any real issues that made me think, Oh, that's a problem. The platform has been reliable and I can't point to any specific flaw so far.

Jobsoid is budget-friendly and pretty easy to operate and thats exactly what I love about it.
Cons
There were still a few bugs I wanted fixed before it felt fully polished.

Pros
As a small business we needed smart software to manage a steady flow of applicants. We found that Jobsoid works for organizations of any size and is easy to use with very little training. And yes we tried many other options but most were complex or too limiting. But Jobsoid stood out as it felt like they'd thought of everything we needed. So yes we are really happy with what it offers.
Cons
Well I would love for the free plan to include more than a single job posting as that extra slot would be really helpful!

It is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. And thanks to this tool keeping and updating resumes is actually very simple and hassle-free.
Cons
At times I find the dashboard a little confusing and occasionally I struggle to navigate certain features which makes it harder to use.

“Listings on many boards, helpful trial period

My job listings show up on nearly every board especially major ones like Indeed and LinkedIn, plus many smaller sites. A big plus for me is the trial period which lets me test the service and see if it's a good fit. They also offer easy to follow videos that make navigating the platform much simpler.
Cons
Support it offers is pretty slow. I mean after reaching out, I often have to wait several days for a response. And they sometimes call in the middle of the night which I assume is due to time zone differences. There is also occasional lag when posting vacancies and I'm concerned candidates might end up completing an application on another site if they are redirected from Indeed.

Pros
The interface is really user-friendly and simple. Also I have had an excellent experience organizing job applications, scheduling interviews and jotting notes on each candidate's profile.
Cons
Honestly I am very happy with this software overall. So yes there are not any major complaints although I would love a slightly more minimalist GUI to make it even better.

Now it is pretty simple to publish job listings, also the interface is tidy and the pricing seems reasonable.
Cons
It feels a lot like other ATS or job-posting platforms. And I don't see many standout features that set it apart from competing systems.

“Fairly easy and customizable process
Pros
The ATS is fairly easy to navigate. Also the platform looks and feels user-friendly and I like being able to customize the process to fit my exact needs.
Cons
In my experience, the data entry options are limited. I mean It would save me a lot of time if the system could sync with other platforms and apps, instead of making me enter contacts manually. Plus The candidate import feature could also be better and give more useful results.

Pros
For me filtering candidates and keeping tabs on their progress is really easy. I also get prompt email alerts whenever candidates are scheduled.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any issues as I find it quite useful when I'm shortlisting candidates.
