“Clean interface and automated screening
Pros
What I really liked about Jobsoid was how clean and easy the interface was as it made managing candidates simple and hassle-free. Also it helped me track applicants efficiently throughout the hiring process. I could even set up automated screening and collaborate with my team all in one platform. Plus the detailed reports also gave me useful insights and helped me make better, data-driven decisions.
Cons
Although it has many useful features but what bothered me most was the lack of customization in the applicant-tracking workflow. So yes I wanted more flexibility to match our specific hiring process. Also the connections to other HR systems felt limited. So I feel like better integrations would help make the whole recruitment process smoother and faster.

“auto-distributes across boards
Pros
The UI/UX is really user friendly. As once I enter my requirements into it, it automatically distributes the opening across multiple job boards.
Cons
One thing I have run into is that job postings created on LinkedIn don't automatically attach to my account. So I have to manually connect them to my LinkedIn profile.

Pros
It integrates with multiple free job boards and provides a free trial account for users who are just getting started and only have small hiring needs.
Cons
The website's UI/UX could use improvement and their customer support often falls short of expectations. So I think it could be more responsive and helpful.

“workflow tools help but website integration restrictive
Pros
With Jobsoid I can post jobs quickly and share them across multiple boards and I have seen better results in both the number and quality of applicants. Plus the workflow tools help me stay on top of communication with every candidate. Before people would often fall through the cracks and never hear back. And it also has helpful features like video interviews and smart automations that make the whole hiring process smoother.
Cons
The website integration they offer is pretty restrictive and doesn't let me customize the appearance or styling the way I need. Eventually we gave up on their built-in integration and created our own job listings and links directly on our site since we couldn't get the embedded solution to match our brand or look and feel in any acceptable way.

“one-click posting
Pros
It is easy to see where a candidate is in the hiring process. Even if a team member is unavailable, we can still check their progress including comments and interview stages. Another plus is that duplicate resumes can be spotted and managed easily. And with one click, job openings are posted to multiple boards automatically.
Cons
When I search candidates by name I expect the specific person to appear at the top of the results but that usually doesn't happen. Because of this I end up looking up candidates via the Jobs tab. Also when I try to send a questionnaire to applicants who applied through LinkedIn, it fails to work. However questionnaires are successfully sent and completed for candidates from other sites like Indeed and Nevoo. If that LinkedIn questionnaire issue were fixed, roughly half of our screening process would be done.

“no user limit, smooth hiring
Pros
I am impressed by how simple Jobsoid is to use. Also there is no limit on users and linking with LinkedIn job slots has made hiring much smoother. In short it's a single platform for all our recruitment needs as my team at Rahi Global really enjoys using it. Scheduling interviews is also easy and we can send quick feedback to candidates. Features like the referral portal and consultant partnerships have been very helpful too. The pipeline stages also help us track hiring trends and team performance.
Cons
Nothing major but I wish the filter option was better for quickly scanning the applications.

“Smart, reliable, affordably priced
Pros
As a recruiter I have found this software to be a smart and reliable solution for hiring especially for employers. Also it uses smart algorithms to match candidates to job requirements and consistently finds the best fits. I also appreciate that it's priced affordably.

“helpful review sections and comment box
Pros
What I liked most was the way the review sections are set up as they cover nearly every angle of a candidate, regardless of the domain or technology they're being interviewed for. I also like the comment box where an interviewer can leave observations that the next interviewer or a Jobsoid administrator can review and reply to.

“great for admins and candidates
Pros
Jobsoid system is very easy to use, with clear interfaces for admins, users and hiring managers. Each job post includes helpful guidance and the application process is simple for candidates as they can even apply through LinkedIn which is super handy. I can also track applicants easily through every step and send batch emails without trouble. Templates for emails and interviews make the process smooth and efficient and I can schedule messages to go out automatically. The platform also integrates well with HRIS, screening tools and other systems.
Cons
In my experience the pricing determines how many features and settings you get so there is a lot that depends on how much you are willing to spend. Also the product feels more like a conventional, out of the box solution and lacks some of the flexibility and customization you might find in larger ATS platforms.

“Reasonable pricing..support is slow
Pros
Jobsoid pricing is reasonable and affordable and it is very user-friendly. The dashboard is also easy to use, clean yet attractive. The careers page looks good too. Overall it is an excellent choice for smaller companies wanting a simple ATS.
Cons
Customer support is quite problematic as it's really difficult to reach the right people and issues often take several weeks or even months to get resolved in many cases. That can significantly delay recruiting when I'm urgently trying to hire. Also there's limited flexibility to customize certain features though admittedly you generally get what you pay for.

Pros
Overall it is very easy to use. I turned to it for things other portals could not handle and the results were always good. So I'd recommend everyone give it a try and you might be pleasantly surprised by what it offers.

Pros
What I like most is how user-friendly it is. Also it's simple to pick up and it distributes our openings across many job boards even international ones which has given us a much larger pool of applicants.

Pros

The mention and sharing features are great too and I like that I can communicate with colleagues and customers from a single platform.

Pros
I have noticed a lot of great things about Jobsoid. Such as it is much easier to use than many other tools, also posting jobs and managing applicants feels smooth. We also like how well it connects with WordPress, the useful mobile app and the option to do video calls with candidates which other platforms didn't offer. And all of this comes at a price that is surprisingly competitive.

“Works for any size
Pros
As a small business we needed smart software to manage a steady flow of applicants. We found that Jobsoid works for organizations of any size and is easy to use with very little training. And yes we tried many other options but most were complex or too limiting. But Jobsoid stood out as it felt like they'd thought of everything we needed. So yes we are really happy with what it offers.

“Listings on many boards, helpful trial period
Pros
My job listings show up on nearly every board especially major ones like Indeed and LinkedIn, plus many smaller sites. A big plus for me is the trial period which lets me test the service and see if it's a good fit. They also offer easy to follow videos that make navigating the platform much simpler.
Cons
Support it offers is pretty slow. I mean after reaching out, I often have to wait several days for a response. And they sometimes call in the middle of the night which I assume is due to time zone differences. There is also occasional lag when posting vacancies and I'm concerned candidates might end up completing an application on another site if they are redirected from Indeed.
