The platform allows recruiters to schedule interviews by creating available time slots for candidates to choose from, with online confirmations, rescheduling, calendar invites, venue details, and reminders. It also supports group interviews, recorded video interviews, and candidate scorecards that combine interviewer ratings against predefined criteria. The feature can help hiring teams coordinate interview scheduling and candidate evaluation when multiple interviewers are involved, without requiring everyone to review candidates at the same time.

Jobsoid’s reporting and analytics tools give recruiters a view of job performance, candidate sources, pipeline stages, team activity, and interview availability through real-time dashboards. Users are able to create custom reports to track recruitment metrics and review hiring progress. They can also generate EEOC and OFCCP reports from candidate survey data, then filter and export the results.
