Jobsoid by Onstro provides a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) for HR and talent acquisition teams across finance, healthcare, real estate, media, and hospitality. Users consistently praise its ability to unify applications from multiple channels, though some report the need for manual correction in its resume parsing functionality.

Our Verdict

The platform is a reasonable fit for small in-house recruiting teams and independent staffing agencies with recurring hiring needs. Its starting price is relatively affordable for these buyers. However, teams needing deeper recruiting analysis may find its reporting features limiting. We recommend it for lean recruiting operations that value broad recruiting capabilities over advanced analytics.

What Is Jobsoid?

Jobsoid is a cloud-based ATS designed to manage hiring from job posting through candidate selection and offer stages. It lets recruiters publish a vacancy across multiple job boards, social channels, and a careers page, then collect applications in one candidate database instead of managing them across separate inboxes and spreadsheets.

The software also turns resumes, forwarded applications, and LinkedIn profiles into organized candidate records and helps recruiters filter applicants against role requirements. Interview scheduling, candidate communication, and interviewer feedback can then be managed from the same candidate record. This gives hiring teams a single place to track where each applicant stands and what has happened during the selection process.

For teams handling a steady flow of applications, it helps reduce the need to move candidate information between spreadsheets, email, job boards, and separate interview tools.

What Is Jobsoid Best For?

The software is best known for its Centralized Talent Pool. It gives recruiters one searchable candidate database that can be reused across hiring cycles, rather than treating each vacancy as a new pool of applicants. Jobsoid brings candidates into that pool from different sources and turns them into standardized profiles. Recruiters can forward resumes to a job-specific email address, capture LinkedIn profiles through the Chrome plugin, or import existing candidate data from spreadsheets. Smart Filter then narrows the pool based on hiring criteria.

The feature is particularly useful for talent acquisition teams that recruit for the same roles repeatedly, as it lets them revisit candidates from earlier hiring cycles instead of rebuilding the candidate list each time. That can make previous sourcing and screening efforts useful beyond the original vacancy.

How Much Does Jobsoid Cost?

Jobsoid’s paid plans start at $59/month with its Lite plan. Additionally, the following pricing plans are also available:

  • Beginner: Free
  • Standard: $119/month
  • Pro: $299/month

The vendor offers a 14-day free trial with access to the Standard plan. They charge no setup fee for any of the plans.

Buyers assessing the software should also account for the following potential costs beyond the subscription price:

  • Implementation Cost (Beyond Standard Setup): $500-$1,500
  • Data Migration: $250-$1,000
  • Custom Integrations/Configuration: $500-$2,000+
  • Staff Training (Optional): $0-$500
  • Complex implementation: $2,000-$5,000+

Users generally view the software as offering value for money, particularly at the lower pricing tiers. Some buyers note that the number of job openings allowed on each plan can be a bigger pricing consideration than the number of users, especially for companies hiring across many open positions.

Jobsoid Use Cases

Based on our analysis of user feedback and the system’s existing capabilities, here are the situations where the platform can be a particularly relevant fit:

Staffing Agencies Managing Client Feedback On Candidate Shortlists

Staffing agencies often face challenges beyond finding candidates. Recruiters may need to send profiles to clients, wait for feedback, and keep track of which candidates were accepted or rejected. Jobsoid lets recruiters share candidate profiles with clients and record their feedback within the same candidate record. This could be useful when an agency manages several candidates for the same role and needs to revisit a client's earlier decisions without searching through separate email threads.

Multi-Property Hospitality Groups Where Managers Hire Across Locations

The platform could be useful for hospitality groups hiring across multiple properties, where central HR teams manage recruitment while individual property managers handle candidate reviews. Its iOS and Android apps let managers review candidates, add notes, and rate applicants from a mobile device, allowing them to contribute to hiring decisions on the go.

Employers Looking To Strengthen Employee Referral Programs

In companies where employee referrals are spread across different channels, Jobsoid can give HR teams a more consistent way to track where referred candidates came from. Its referral portal makes published jobs available for employees to share through LinkedIn, Facebook, or email. Each employee also receives a referral code and a dashboard showing shared jobs, views, candidates referred, and hires. It gives HR teams a way to connect referral activity with specific hires and assess whether the referral program is generating candidates.

Roles With Strict Credential Requirements And High Applicant Volume

The software can be valuable when a role requires a specific license or certification and attracts more applicants than recruiters can reasonably screen one by one. It lets recruiters add job-specific questionnaires with branching logic, so the next question can change based on an applicant's previous answer. Those responses are stored within the candidate's profile, and recruiters can set up next steps based on the questionnaire responses. Hence, the platform moves basic eligibility checks earlier in the recruitment process, so recruiters may not have to spend substantial time reviewing full resumes.

Companies Reopening The Same Role And Re-approaching Past Applicants

Recruiters at organizations that regularly reopen similar positions, such as seasonal, cyclical, or replacement roles, can use the Talent Marketing CRM to send targeted email campaigns to candidates already in the talent pool when relevant openings become available. The feature enables campaigns to be sent once or scheduled to run repeatedly. This makes the existing candidate pool useful for future vacancies, particularly when previous applicants already have relevant experience or have progressed through an earlier hiring cycle.

Is Jobsoid Right For You?

Jobsoid may be a better fit for teams where several recruiters or hiring managers work on the same open positions rather than teams that regularly increase the number of positions they are hiring for.

Its Jobsoid Recruiter iOS and Android apps and documented developer API access help support distributed hiring teams and custom connections to an HRIS or payroll system. Furthermore, the platform supports Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) reporting, which relates to US hiring requirements. It also uses 256-bit SSL encryption and has a public system status page for uptime visibility.

Jobsoid Features

Job Advertising

This feature lets recruiters publish a job once and distribute it across multiple channels from the same account. It allows users to post to over 20 free job boards, add openings to a branded careers portal and their own website, share jobs on social media, and schedule social posts. They can also use job description templates when creating listings and sponsor postings on premium job boards for an additional fee. For small talent teams, this could reduce the need to update the same vacancy separately across multiple recruitment channels.

Candidate Management

The software enables recruiters to keep each applicant’s resume, documents, interviews, tasks, messages, comments, and ratings within one candidate profile. It also lets them move candidates through customized stages, assign tasks, request reference checks, and use Smart Filter Intelligence to score applicants against selected skills. The feature helps hiring teams by making it easier to review candidate decisions because interview feedback, scores, and candidate history remain connected to the same profile.

See How It Works
Team Collaboration

Jobsoid’s Team Collaboration feature lets hiring teams control who can access candidate profiles and what each person can do. It allows users to comment, mention colleagues, assign tasks, set reminders, and share candidate profiles with people outside the account through time-limited links. Through the Jobsoid Recruiter mobile app, they can also review candidates, rate applicants, and contribute to discussions while away from their desks. This keeps candidate feedback and assigned responsibilities linked to the relevant profile, even when hiring decisions involve people across different locations.

See How It Works
Interview Management

The platform allows recruiters to schedule interviews by creating available time slots for candidates to choose from, with online confirmations, rescheduling, calendar invites, venue details, and reminders. It also supports group interviews, recorded video interviews, and candidate scorecards that combine interviewer ratings against predefined criteria. The feature can help hiring teams coordinate interview scheduling and candidate evaluation when multiple interviewers are involved, without requiring everyone to review candidates at the same time.

Reporting And Analytics

Jobsoid’s reporting and analytics tools give recruiters a view of job performance, candidate sources, pipeline stages, team activity, and interview availability through real-time dashboards. Users are able to create custom reports to track recruitment metrics and review hiring progress. They can also generate EEOC and OFCCP reports from candidate survey data, then filter and export the results.

Clean interface and automated screening

Pros

What I really liked about Jobsoid was how clean and easy the interface was as it made managing candidates simple and hassle-free. Also it helped me track applicants efficiently throughout the hiring process. I could even set up automated screening and collaborate with my team all in one platform. Plus the detailed reports also gave me useful insights and helped me make better, data-driven decisions.

Cons

Although it has many useful features but what bothered me most was the lack of customization in the applicant-tracking workflow. So yes I wanted more flexibility to match our specific hiring process. Also the connections to other HR systems felt limited. So I feel like better integrations would help make the whole recruitment process smoother and faster.

auto-distributes across boards

Pros

The UI/UX is really user friendly. As once I enter my requirements into it, it automatically distributes the opening across multiple job boards.

Cons

One thing I have run into is that job postings created on LinkedIn don't automatically attach to my account. So I have to manually connect them to my LinkedIn profile.

Pros

Cons

The website's UI/UX could use improvement and their customer support often falls short of expectations. So I think it could be more responsive and helpful.
