We used it to produce AI-generated job postings and honestly the results were pretty decent as it captured the tone and key details we needed. It also connects smoothly to Personio and Recruitee without any technical headaches which made integrating it into our workflow super smooth.

Cons

I am worried that JOIN has a bad reputation on Reddit due to fake job posts and I am concerned that might hurt our company's image.

Right now I do not have anything positive to say about this tool.

My client's company listing was delayed at first then blocked for reasons that seemed pretty weak.

It will be okay when I can actually log in.

Cons

They locked my account because they said I had missing payments and they included a link to my invoices. But when I checked the software's own system, every single invoice was marked as paid.

Honestly I do not have any positives to mention about this.

I feel like I was misled by a company that was promoted on LinkedIn. It seems they don't check whether the jobs they post are trustworthy. I contacted Join about it and they said they take it seriously. Still I am very disappointed with how they handled it.

Well I haven't found any real downsides as it's quite useful so go ahead and use it.

Pros

The application process is well organized and I can manage everything in one place which saves me a lot of time. Plus it is much simpler and easier to keep track of than LinkedIn or similar sites so posting to LinkedIn Jobs through it works better.

Cons

It is frustrating that with free job posts, I don't get a direct link to the listings the software creates. That makes it hard to know exactly where my job has been posted. I am not sure how big a deal that really is.

It is fast and really simple to use. Also everything is stored in one central place means I can always locate my candidates.

We are a social enterprise with nearly 200 employees. But like many organizations in the social sector, we basically have no budget for recruiting staff or for marketing. Here it has been a huge help because it lets us save, publish and pause our job postings whenever needed, all with just a few clicks which fits our limited resources perfectly.

Cons

Because we have only been using the free plan up to now I have not noticed any clear or meaningful downsides.
