Organized feedback tools but outdated interface

Pros

I've been really impressed with the variety of features that Join Rh offers. What's stood out to me the most, though, is how it handles feedback collection and performance evaluations. It has completely organized our process so now instead of chasing people down for reviews or dealing with messy spreadsheets, everything is organized in one place. Also the tools are intuitive and easy to use, which means everyone on the team actually engages with them instead of seeing them as a chore. Its honestly made those traditionally stressful review cycles feel a lot more structured and far less overwhelming.

Cons

The interface feels a bit outdated to me like something from the early 2000s.
