Helps us collaborate way better

Pros

It's made team collaboration so much better across different departments at our site. We're all more in sync now which has been great.

Cons

The one thing that's been tough for me with Journeyfront is how often the target seems to shift. We've had to keep adjusting and that made it harder to make solid, informed decisions early on.

Decent tool but oversold on features

Pros

I really like how simple it is to create hiring plans for different roles. Everything's organized in one place, so I'm not hunting around for info.

Cons

The info we got during the sales process felt sketchy. Also, there's no simple way to share candidate profiles with our clients and not having a built in CRM makes things trickier than they need to be.

Pros

This tool's been very helpful for making smarter hiring choices. It uses solid data to look at a candidate's skills, behavior and whether they'd fit our company culture. We've seen fewer hiring mistakes and better employee retention. The assessments are flexible and the predictive analytics cut down on bias. Plus, it connects smoothly with our applicant tracking system which speeds everything up.

Cons

It's a solid tool but it can be pricey for smaller teams like ours. The detailed assessments are great but they can drag out the hiring process.

Ideal for me

Pros

It's a really smooth recruitment tool to use. Everything runs fast and clean. One thing I love is that the login doesn't keep expiring like it does with some other tools and I'm not stuck constantly logging back in. That alone saves a ton of time and makes the whole thing way less annoying.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is not being able to undo the KO (knockout) status on a candidate. Once it's set, you're kind of stuck which takes away some flexibility when reviewing profiles.

Hands down the best hiring tool I've tried

Pros

Using this is very simple. The layout is clean and everything's right where you expect it to be. It just works which I really appreciate.

Cons

So far, no complaints. Everything's been working out just fine for us.

The best tool for hiring

Pros

What I love most is that the tests are totally customizable. We can Adjust them for whatever role we're hiring for and it's made screening candidates way easier. It just feels really practical and easy to work with.

Cons

I've made full use of every feature and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.

Awesome for reducing turnover

Pros

One of the best parts about working with Journeyfront is the amazing support team. We've been using it for three years now and worked with three different Customer Success Managers, every single one of them has gone above and beyond. They're quick to respond, super helpful with questions and always get the right experts involved when needed. You can really tell they care about helping us hit our goals and work together like true partners.

Cons

It has a lot to offer but integration with ATS tools is a weak spot. When we looked into switching our ATS, we realized a bunch of the popular ones didn't connect directly with it and some even repeated features we were already using here. That just creates extra work and potential for messed-up data.

Reliable support and easy implementation

Pros

The help and teamwork we got were excellent. The staff remained involved with us during the entire deployment. Although I didn't oversee the rollout to completion but partnering with them was genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Because my involvement was limited to the implementation phase I never observed the system operating in production. So I can't speak much about its runtime performance.

My best friend for hiring

Pros

We rely on this browser-based interviewing platform to quickly fill vacancies. Screening a few hundred applicants for a role is far easier than it used to be. Journeyfront lets us blast a single assessment out to many candidates without hassle. And we're able to run it whenever it suits our timetable.

Cons

If a test contains more than eight questions it can drag on especially over a sluggish internet connection. That said it's more of an annoyance than a dealbreaker.

Candidate screening made easier

Pros

the JourneyFront team are right away friendly and professional to work with. Their system takes away the guesswork and anxiety of picking the right candidates which is a massive weight off your shoulders when you're sorting through literally hundreds of applicants.

Cons

None so far the app works well and is simple.

Professional tool for employee retention

Pros

I have met several folks from Journeyfront after finding them last week and their professional manner was very impressive. They help companies find the right hires and then work to keep those employees. The site and its reporting are simple and well-organized.

Cons

After giving it some thought we'd like to spend more time using Journeyfront to really understand the product. For now only good things to report!

Slight learning curve but sleek design

Pros
