Navigation sometimes can become confusing and slow for me, as you generally have to use the route menus to go back.

I've found this software to be very functional in our organization. We've managed to systematize processes, control records and manage our entire integrated system in one software. It's also simple. This software as a company, provides training not only on the tool but also on relevant topics that help the organization maintain continuous improvement.

For me there's an integration issue with the risk and opportunity matrix within the information security module's risk matrix.

I love how well the software manages permissions, tracks information, sends alerts and helps me stay on top of actions, risks and documents. It makes my job much easier.

Online configuration isn't the best for me. I noticed the management of multiple records is basic and doesn't allow for efficient handling.

It improves document traceability and allows me for the online management of key functions such as document management, forms, improvement actions, etc. This has made my job much easier.

The management of indicators could be improved I guess. They should consider making it easier to build a dashboard where I can choose the results I want to see graphically. This would allow me to compare periods for the same indicator, as well as results from multiple indicators, all in one view like today's data management dashboards, interactive, graphical and easy to handle and understand. I would also suggest simplifying the continuous improvement module.

Being able to generate process alerts has allowed me to better track and assign responsibilities which makes daily management easier.

Visually, the software sometimes feels overwhelming to me and I think it is not very user friendly.

Learning paths and the new artificial intelligence tool make the software much more user friendly and simple. I love the learning resources of the software, like the short explanatory videos in each of the modules. Additionally, customer support and ticket resolution are very fast. It makes it easy for me to follow up on tasks and pending commitments in each module which improves management. Although it is a self implementation tool, I have the option to schedule consultations with consultants at any time which is very helpful for resolving doubts or receiving guidance, both during and after implementation.

Just as there's an option to export document list information, I think there should be a way to extract information from the document change control.
