I've found this software to be very functional in our organization. We've managed to systematize processes, control records and manage our entire integrated system in one software. It's also simple. This software as a company, provides training not only on the tool but also on relevant topics that help the organization maintain continuous improvement.

Cons

For me there's an integration issue with the risk and opportunity matrix within the information security module's risk matrix.
