Customer support is too slow and not proactive enough, it is difficult to reach them in real-time and get solutions for real-life issues.

What I love most about this tool is how easy it is to use. Plus punching in and out is pretty simple with just one click.

The biggest downside of it as per me is that they really need to improve their interface as it does not have a modern look.

The UI is clean and simple, making it easy to access all features such as holidays, tax and others. Also the performance growth analytics and leave tracking are well-organized and offer excellent visualizations.

Aside from the clean UI, they introduced an AI feature that automatically fills in text boxes with descriptions. If they bring it back, I feel like it would save a lot of time.

It is simple to use with an easy dashboard. We can easily generate employee reports. Also it is a great application for managing payroll records, tax calculations, benefits, payslips and even employee reimbursement details, benefiting both employees and employers.
