Customer support needs to buck up!

Pros

Keka provides a more detailed approach with personalized options that help users like us get comfortable with the HRMS tool and build more experience.

Cons

Customer support is too slow and not proactive enough, it is difficult to reach them in real-time and get solutions for real-life issues.

Simple tool but dated UI

Pros

What I love most about this tool is how easy it is to use. Plus punching in and out is pretty simple with just one click.

Cons

The biggest downside of it as per me is that they really need to improve their interface as it does not have a modern look.
