“Quite an outdated platform
Pros
Booking vacations and taking different types of time off are the only simple tasks with this tool.
Cons
It feels quite outdated and is not very user friendly. Also it is hard for us to distinguish what each section is for since many of them have very similar names which can be confusing.

“easy time tracking
Pros
One of the best features of Kelio is its time tracking system and easy to use scheduling interface which makes managing employee attendance pretty simple. The best thing is that we can quickly track worked hours, absences and overtime. The system also provides real-time reports and gives valuable insights into your team's data, helping us make smarter decisions.
Cons
While this was not a personal issue for me, one major downside of it is the initial setup and learning process. The interface is generally user-friendly but it takes a fair amount of time to get comfortable with understanding and setting up all the features, especially for those who have never used workforce management software before.

It is a highly reliable tool that offers great customization options and excellent customer support, as whenever we need assistance they are always available.
Cons
The cost is definitely on the high side but I must say it's worth it for the peace of mind it provides.

Pros
It's incredibly easy to use and I love how I can see all the jobs along with the pay per hour for each one.
Cons
Well it can be a little tricky to find the total hours worked in a week and I don't like that the time is rounded to 6 minute increments instead of 5 minute ones, it makes it harder to calculate the total hours accurately and ensure you are not exceeding the limit.

“Great for attendance
Pros
This software is the best. It not only lets us keep track of our attendance and holidays but also makes it easy to manage this for our entire team or business if needed.
Cons
If you forget to clock in one morning, you can manually adjust it on Kelio. However if your manager is not around to approve it, HR might think you didn't show up for work and could withhold your pay, since you cannot leave notes on clock-in validations.
