Pros
The adaptive interface makes day-to-day use very practical and the software covers HR processes in a really comprehensive way. I also appreciate that tariff updates are maintained directly by the vendor at no extra cost.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better would be expanding it further for use in the private sector as well.
