Using this product has been very easy from a user's perspective. We rely on it to track time off and it does that really well.

Pros
Working with this consultant-based software company has been really valuable for our team. We usually bring them in about once a month to help us reconnect with our mission and vision and those sessions always feel worthwhile. It also gives new employees a good opportunity to connect with our work culture and better understand the purpose behind what we do. One thing I appreciate is how they tailor their services to each situation and they bring expertise in areas like motivation, self-care, onboarding and even social media integration.
Cons
Honestly it's hard to come up with anything negative to say. They consistently do an excellent job, take the time to listen to what we need and genuinely want to help us improve. Their authentic approach makes every meeting feel personal and they always make us feel like part of a family.

Getting new hires set up was pretty easy at the small company where I worked and the onboarding process was one of the things I appreciated most.
Cons
A few employees were more familiar with bigger platforms so there was a bit of an adjustment period while they got used to how this one works.

Pros
Across our team at Chromatic, this has been an excellent tool. We haven't run into any problems with either implementation or day-to-day use and the platform feels simple while covering most of the features we need. The support team has been fantastic and really seems to care about its customers which is a huge plus. The only area that feels a bit lacking is reporting, I'd love a more efficient way to access the data that already exists. Other than that, I really have no complaints and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an HR solution.

It really feels like a one-stop place for everything.
Cons
The review section is the one area I wish worked better. Setting it up feels buggy and employees are not always sure where their responses are supposed to go. I'd also love the option to add custom fields for questions and answer sections during setup. We used Small Improvements before switching and their review model handled this better. The review tool here is fine overall but I wish it were more powerful, for example, letting employee comments stay hidden until they're ready for a manager to see them. Sometimes people need a little time to reflect before submitting their thoughts.

Getting employees onboarded is much better with this system. It makes the whole process almost completely paperless and keeps everything simple to track. It's also really helpful for making sure all the required documentation is submitted and for clearly tracking PTO.

Pros
Having employee records, time-off tracking and a place to keep notes on reviews and goals all in one system has been really helpful. The interface is clean, friendly and simple to navigate and customer support has been excellent with very quick turnaround whenever questions come up.
Cons
Since we're based in Canada I do wish it connected a bit better with our local rules and regulations for common HR tasks.
