Solid chatbot development platform

Pros

I find it pretty easy to build bots and map out conversation flows. The drag and drop setup with pre built modules made setting up standard customer service responses easy.

Cons

There's no real time collaboration features which creates version control headaches and wastes alot of time when multiple people are trying to work on configurations.
