“Solid chatbot development platform

Pros

I find it pretty easy to build bots and map out conversation flows. The drag and drop setup with pre built modules made setting up standard customer service responses easy.

Cons

There's no real time collaboration features which creates version control headaches and wastes alot of time when multiple people are trying to work on configurations.

The interface is really friendly and the insights I get from it have been very useful for my work.

Overall, my experience has been great but there are a few small areas that could be improved.
