“powerful recruiting features and support”
Pros
After moving from another ATS/CRM to LaborEdge in early 2023 a lot of the functionality previously paid extra for was already built in. From both the user side and the admin side, the system has proven very easy to work with. Features like job matching, deal sheets and sending pay packages have really helped recruiters work more efficiently and save time in their day-to-day process. A very positive experience with their support and ticketing team exists since they've been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. On top of that, our Account Manager, Denisa, has been absolutely fantastic to work with.
Cons
Making bulk additions of candidates can feel somewhat glitchy at times.

“misleading integrations and weak features”
Pros
Using Nexus BI to check average bill and pay rates across different specialties is the only thing slightly helpful in giving a general benchmark although it still falls short because the data is not very detailed or specific enough.
Cons
Quite a bit hasn't been liked in practice. From my experience the technology does not feel competitive compared with other ATS platforms and how its integration capabilities were presented was especially disappointing. Told during the signup process that it worked with many third-party tools, that claim felt misleading at best once inside. On top of that missing features, very limited automation and service below expectations overall have been noticed.

“Helpful resume builder”
Pros
The built-in resume builder is a favorite feature. Creating a properly formatted resume directly from the platform saves time and makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
The dashboard could be improved. A bit too basic right now especially with no 2D data visualizations so it doesn't feel very informative.

“powerful candidate sourcing filters”
Pros
Simple candidate sourcing from the database while still getting very precise results is the real value in LaborEdge. Access to a lot of filters helps narrow down searches to exactly the kind of candidates needed. Timely job posting updates in most cases and accurate job descriptions on the portal without mismatches or inconsistencies have also been noticed.
Cons
A few instances where the job status is not updated as quickly as it should be still exist.

“helpful matching and tax tools”
Pros
The ability to calculate distance, taxes and even identify the best job options based on candidates' preferences is a really useful feature. That makes work a lot more practical because opportunities can be compared more accurately and people placed where they are most likely to be a good fit. Those features have proven genuinely useful in day-to-day use.
Cons
Nothing negative to mention. In my experience nothing stands out as a dislike so far.

“lacking modern AI features”
Pros
Core recruiting tools are covered including the ATS, deal sheets and email templates which is a definite positive. Those basic functions are there and using them for standard day-to-day tasks has been possible.
Cons
The complete lack of AI features really holds LaborEdge back. From my experience it feels outdated because no AI support exists to speed things up, automate repetitive work or make the platform feel more current.

“everything right where needed!!”
Pros
easy and convenient to use ! In my experience nothing is buried or difficult to find and all the features are placed exactly where expected. Getting things done quickly happens because the layout just makes sense.
Cons
Any update or feedback shared by management gets implemented on the portal almost right away. How responsive the system is, feeling like changes are taken seriously and reflected immediately, is actually appreciated.

“Candidate tracking works really well”
Pros
As a recruiter keeping track of candidates in Nexus is very convenient and candidates being able to set up their own Leap account and finish submitting their credentials on their own is also a plus.
Cons
no cons whatsoever.

“Powerful features and reliable support”
Pros
Moving from one page to another feels very simple and daily use to review candidates and put together deal sheets is routine. How well the platform connects with other systems already in use makes workflow much more convenient. On top of that a very positive experience with customer support whenever help was needed stands out. The wide range of features combined with how simple the implementation was makes this platform very practical and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Some of the information pulled from the platform isn't completely accurate.
