powerful recruiting features and support

Pros

After moving from another ATS/CRM to LaborEdge in early 2023 a lot of the functionality previously paid extra for was already built in. From both the user side and the admin side, the system has proven very easy to work with. Features like job matching, deal sheets and sending pay packages have really helped recruiters work more efficiently and save time in their day-to-day process. A very positive experience with their support and ticketing team exists since they've been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. On top of that, our Account Manager, Denisa, has been absolutely fantastic to work with.

Cons

Making bulk additions of candidates can feel somewhat glitchy at times.
