Cons
Some of the terminology is different from what I'd use like "projects" and "tasks."

You can't preview file attachments so it's hard to judge the work a client needs.

“fast and easy
Pros
It's a fast and uncomplicated way to write my bills and also lets me monitor all the jobs for my various clients.
Cons
My only problem is not being able to remove a sent invoice if it's rejected because I can't send a new one with the right invoice number.

“barely functional with no support
Pros
Nothing good. It's like a facade. From afar it looks like a working software. But when you actually try to use it you find it's barely functional, filled with glitches with a layout that was clearly never tested. There's no way to get assistance or report problems.
Cons
I have to use it to receive payment but it's completely broken with no method to report glitches, give suggestions or get help. The site is covered in "Get a Demo" pop-ups to push clients to sign up. But the core product barely works from the viewpoint of an end-user who has no alternative. They also say they support over 170 countries but I get blocked errors accessing the main page unless I use a VPN to appear as if I'm in Europe or the US.

“the best part was leaving!
Pros
The best part was ending our use of it. The platform created more extra work than it ever saved.
Cons
Everything was off: the slow speed, lack of clarity on future fees, errors in bills and the feeling of being ignored.

I loved how welcoming it is for users. Also you get very effective and precise service and quick replies to your questions. Their expert and assured team gave us peace of mind about compliance.

Pros
We use it both as a way to hire globally and as a system to manage our freelancers. It not only helps us reach varied talent worldwide but does so affordably and manageably. I think of them and their partners as our HR department without the massive costs.
Cons
The only missing features I notice are more on the freelancer management side. Since we also hire freelancers globally similar to how they provide compliance knowledge through partners for full-time hires it would be great to have a similar offering or recommended, vetted partners for freelancer legalities (like checking a contractor has proper business insurance) accessible through the platform.

What I like is the simplicity of operation and letting contractors enter their own hours. The steps make sense.
Cons
There are always trade-offs with software so you'll need to adjust some of your internal steps to make it fit your business.

“Smooth billing & free !
Pros
I use it to log the hours I spend on each client and project. This makes my end-of-month billing very smooth since I can quickly turn time logs into bills. It's also really simple to track which invoices are paid. A huge plus that it's free!
Cons
I haven't used the built-in "email invoice" function much because I didn't like the email design. But I believe they are always adding improvements so I might try it again.

Pros
Well I really like is that you can see the status of your invoices so you always know what's going on and when to expect payment. Also being able to bill in various currencies is a massive help for global freelancers with clients everywhere.
Cons
There are many tools I haven't tried yet so there's a lot left to discover.

Pros
I was sick of tracking which client owed me money. Those days are over. I always know exactly where my finances stand.
Cons
I think I would love a connection between this platform and Toggl to automatically bill my design hours to my regular clients.
