Pros
I appreciate having employee self-service portals, a course catalog and LinkedIn Learning integration available in one place.
Cons

I love how flexible this app is, we're able to create daily logs and even set up training course self-service portals and SharePoint works great!

“time-saving modules for small teams
Pros
Three modules of this tool shave off a lot of time by automating core processes and keeping all data in one place. Since we don't have a dedicated HR team, that's really useful.
Cons
It would be nice for me if the full implementation could be done a bit faster.

Pros
Platform handles the full HR lifecycle, from hiring through retirement and being SharePoint-based is a big plus for our organization.

“Strong Integration but Needs Better Custom Fit
Pros
I like that it's built on SharePoint because it fits well with our Microsoft setup. It's simple, easy to use and quick to roll out. I also appreciate being able to activate modules one at a time, having very responsive support and seeing how easily staff adapt to it. The Time & Attendance features work great for me and the Performance module and tools are excellent.
Cons
The out-of-the-box features don't always fit what the company needs, so extra configuration or custom dev is often needed. When you customize, core behavior can be affected. Alerts and notifications can be unreliable and need frequent monitoring. This especially happens after upgrades/updates, so thorough testing is necessary. The Compensation & Benefits module doesn't deliver the true functionality I expected.
