“Exceptional support!!
Pros
The standout for this tool is definitely the support crew. Any time we raised a question or ran into a problem, they were ready to assist. Their quick replies and readiness to do more than expected really make them shine.
Cons
On a few occasions we ran into small glitches in the app. The support team fixed them quickly but honestly it would've been nicer to enjoy a more seamless experience from the outset.

Pros
We really value this tool's tie-in with Office 365 and Teams. Because of that link, we can handle HR tasks inside the same workspace as our other apps. That cuts down on handoffs and speeds up our work. On top of that, the platform's clean, user-friendly layout made it simple for the whole team to get on board and use it.
Cons
There have been a couple small issues, such as occasional delays when syncing data, yet I think they haven't had a major impact on the system's overall reliability or how well it functions.

We could customize the platform to match our organization's specific requirements, from adding bespoke fields to configuring workflows and approval chains. That adaptability made it easy to slot into our current HR routines and it's noticeably improved how smoothly day-to-day tasks are handled.
Cons
I think some users might find the platform hard to pick up at first, particularly if they're not used to HR tools.

Pros
Their cost is hard to beat. The software is super flexible and lets me tweak nearly everything to match company needs. You can expand it with extra pieces when needed and updates keep coming. Also, the cost is really hard to beat.
Cons
The HRMS can be pretty complex, so for me setup took some time, though it's really still an excellent overall platform.

Pros
Customizing this system is pretty easy for me. It's simple to add the employee data fields you need. Built-in modules for recruitment, onboarding and performance management mean the essentials are handled and it also supports training courses to help staff development
Cons
Permission settings are a bit restrictive in my opinion which can constrain how approval workflows are set up.

Pros
Given the cost, this tool is hard to top. It's highly adaptable and lets me run the system the way my business operates instead of forcing my processes to match the software. The training, development and project management teams are excellent.
Cons
Because it's built on SharePoint, there are restrictions on how much I can customize or alter the product. That's more about the platform underneath than the app itself but since they've gone that route it should factor into your decision.

Pros
All-in-one tool!! It can serve as my sole HR platform, covering things like recruiting and e-learning. From a tech standpoint, it's worth highlighting the option for custom development (custom fields and added features), the capacity to automate most workflows and link with other systems. I also value being able to reach data through the SharePoint interface. Support experiences have been good too, responses are quick and the team makes an effort to be flexible.
Cons
Because of that complexity, I think working with SharePoint has its own drawbacks. Configuring several modules isn't very simple and it can take quite a while to get comfortable with the system (evaluated from an admin/owner perspective).

Really easy to use and because it connects straight into SharePoint (on-premise or online), I think setup and rollout are nearly plug-and-play.

For me the system is simple to navigate, sports a tidy layout and the file upload tool works really well.
Cons
Because the HR platform is feature-rich, I think navigating between screens can require multiple clicks, for example moving from a manager dashboard over to a turnover report.

Pros
Finally, we can see our HR processes and tasks at a glance with this tool. The platform is really flexible, you can add features, switch modules or tweak the system however you want without any technical know-how, since it handles the whole implementation. We relied heavily on Excel and spreadsheets before but now pulling reports or any data from this tool is quick and saves loads of time. The self-service options are a big help too, staff can view documents, fill performance reviews and log absences right from their phones.
Cons
This HRMS feels quite complicated and getting it up and running took a while. Some reports I hoped for, like recruitment reports, aren't available yet, the implementation manager said they'd be added by the end of 2022. This tool packs so many features that even after over a year of use I still don't feel I've learned all of them.

This people's tracking dashboard really helps our team do their jobs better, spots issues in our processes and lets us put together simple job descriptions that make staff feel secure and productive.
