Pros
Evaluating and tracking performance is now very smooth compared to the old days of wrestling with Word documents. It's like we've finally upgraded from a dusty old filing cabinet to a smart, organized system that actually works with us.
Cons
Sometimes support tickets take longer to close than I'd like but the people I've interacted with have always been helpful, approachable and quick to respond.

Pros
Adding people to the system is easy, dual supervisors are supported, it integrates with our HRMS and the pricing fits our budget well.
Cons
I think the product guide could use more detail, especially with step-by-step instructions for handling appraisals and similar processes.

“Time saving with great support”
Pros
We needed something web-based and time-saving like this tool. Managers love seeing the status of all team appraisals at once. The support team has been fantastic, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Cons
This tool had to be set up to match our specific review procedures. All of our customization needs were eventually addressed but we were on a tight timeline and could have started earlier to allow proper training. This wasn't due to any fault of the team.
