“User-friendly interface”
Pros
What really grabbed my attention about this tool is how user-friendly the interface is. As someone running HR alone without a full department, having simple navigation is a must. It lets me handle payroll, leave requests and performance reviews all in one place.
Cons
The biggest disappointment for me was the limited reporting. The platform only gives basic reports and I can't access deep analytics like employee performance trends or payroll data which would help improve decision-making.
