Pros
The human side of things is amazing. The sales and account management team is so caring, problem-solving, friendly and they can speak multiple languages which makes communication super easy. Plus the product looks a lot like Facebook which made it user friendly for our staff. It was not hard for most people to get engaged.
Cons
Sometimes the notifications on Android devices can be annoying. I'd love to have the option to tag specific people in posts. But other than that we really love the product.

Love how detailed the dashboards are and how they give me complex insights into how my team feels and is performing across various indicators. I also really appreciate how they offer tips for improvement.
Cons
Honestly I can not think of anything. For what we use Luther for.. everything works great.

Pros
The implementation and use are super easy with online results and great graphics. We have been using it since we opened our new hospital. We started with monthly surveys and after the first year, we switched to bi-monthly surveys. we actively use the results and talk to the staff about the changes we have made. It's really helped us create a culture of open feedback and keeps motivation and satisfaction high.
Cons
There's very little customization for final reports like one-pagers in PDF for managers.

Cons

We get continuous support with a friendly and problem-solving attitude. Whenever we have a question or issue, we get the quickest help. It also brings new perspectives on how to use or interpret our data and keeps us focused on the areas that need attention.
Cons
It would be nice to have an even more customizable platform for the statements but honestly we have been able to manage everything easily and always find the best solution with the tools available when we needed a change.

It helped us understand our employees' happiness and engagement levels so we could target our action plan where it was really needed. We use a tool called Monthly16 for monthly internal surveys. The implementation was smooth, customer service is excellent and everyone I've talked to at LutherOne has been super professional and nice.
Cons
One small thing that could be improved in the future is the employee database upload which we currently have to do manually.

implementation was quick and easy with minimum effort from our side. The mobile app is fresh, interactive and super easy to use. The way the scores and indexes correlate has been so helpful in making decisions. For example, thanks to LO, we know that innovations within the company drive employee motivation the most so now we are focusing on that instead of guessing. We can spot trends in many scores across the company and react fast when needed. It's also great for every manager, not just top management and HR since they can see the results of the engagement surveys immediately.
