Great customer support !

Pros

The human side of things is amazing. The sales and account management team is so caring, problem-solving, friendly and they can speak multiple languages which makes communication super easy. Plus the product looks a lot like Facebook which made it user friendly for our staff. It was not hard for most people to get engaged.

Cons

Sometimes the notifications on Android devices can be annoying. I'd love to have the option to tag specific people in posts. But other than that we really love the product.

Excellent dashboards and insights

Pros

Love how detailed the dashboards are and how they give me complex insights into how my team feels and is performing across various indicators. I also really appreciate how they offer tips for improvement.

Cons

Honestly I can not think of anything. For what we use Luther for.. everything works great.

simple implementation and graphics

Pros

The implementation and use are super easy with online results and great graphics. We have been using it since we opened our new hospital. We started with monthly surveys and after the first year, we switched to bi-monthly surveys. we actively use the results and talk to the staff about the changes we have made. It's really helped us create a culture of open feedback and keeps motivation and satisfaction high.

Cons

There's very little customization for final reports like one-pagers in PDF for managers.

Real-time data and helpful tips

Pros

Loveee the real-time data... the tips for managers and how the questions change on the same topics so people don't feel like they are just answering the same thing over and over.

Cons

Reports could be a little more user friendly. It's also hard to differentiate people by their positions.

Continuous support and new perspectives

Pros

We get continuous support with a friendly and problem-solving attitude. Whenever we have a question or issue, we get the quickest help. It also brings new perspectives on how to use or interpret our data and keeps us focused on the areas that need attention.

Cons

It would be nice to have an even more customizable platform for the statements but honestly we have been able to manage everything easily and always find the best solution with the tools available when we needed a change.

Helpful for employee engagement

Pros

It helped us understand our employees' happiness and engagement levels so we could target our action plan where it was really needed. We use a tool called Monthly16 for monthly internal surveys. The implementation was smooth, customer service is excellent and everyone I've talked to at LutherOne has been super professional and nice.

Cons

One small thing that could be improved in the future is the employee database upload which we currently have to do manually.

Pros

The fact that, apart from payroll and admin stuff, most HR management tasks can be handled on just one platform is amazing. It's such a user friendly platform and I can analyze engagement and productivity easily making decisions based on data instead of just assumptions.

Cons

Portuguese translations still are not completely perfect and some parts are still in English.

very quick implementation

Pros

implementation was quick and easy with minimum effort from our side. The mobile app is fresh, interactive and super easy to use. The way the scores and indexes correlate has been so helpful in making decisions. For example, thanks to LO, we know that innovations within the company drive employee motivation the most so now we are focusing on that instead of guessing. We can spot trends in many scores across the company and react fast when needed. It's also great for every manager, not just top management and HR since they can see the results of the engagement surveys immediately.

Cons

it would be really useful if users like me could export dashboards to Excel.

Pros

lutherone measures soft attributes and makes them visible and tangible. It helps us understand what's going on, what helps our employees and what frustrates them.

It really gets that a fully engaged workforce is key to keeping business productivity high. It was built to help companies stay on top of their organization which makes things way less guesswork. friendly but LMS features would be a nice addition

Pros

This is amazing how much insight and value it can provide from just everyday interactions. All the modules we use are really useful for our daily work and they also help us stay connected with colleagues working from home. The dashboards are really visual and easy to read and the recommendations are specific and useful. The user experience is top-notch and you can do most things in just a few clicks.

Cons

Adding Learning Management System features would nicely complement all the other modules.

Attractive design & great customer support

Pros

design is attractive and compact on both PC and mobile and I love having a personal employee profile. The interactive manager's dashboard is awesome with different types of outcomes and filtering options. Plus you can maintain anonymity with just three answers from a unit in the survey. The customer support is also great.

Cons

It's not as customizable as Microsoft Forms when creating a survey. There's no quick way to set up a new target group (which is time-consuming for larger groups) and there's no automatic categorization of comments in surveys (like keywords or references to certain questions).

integration and filters need improvement

Pros

Managers can access their results anytime, see trends and check out the recommendations the software suggests to improve team performance. We can even prioritize questions on a weekly basis if needed.

Cons

I'd love to see a date filter in the Comment export or an easier way to manage Heatmap filters like checking/unchecking boxes. Unfortunately integration with our HR system was not possible so we have to make changes manually.

It has so many useful modules for measuring employee engagement, collaboration, recognition and more. The dashboards are dynamic and full of useful information with good filters and customization options. Plus the customer care is fast and helpful.

Cons

More support materials or a Help Center would be very useful. Also I think the visualizations could use fewer colors.

Customer-focused tool but limited customization options

Pros

With LutherOne's Monthly 16, people leaders can access their results at any time, see trend and use the recommendations the software provides to improve their team's results. The LutherOne team is also really focused on developing the solution based on customer needs. As a customer, I feel valued and our cooperation is appreciated.

Cons

It would be great if we could create our own questions with different scales for assessments. I am really happy with the integration we are using, despite the challenges caused by the specifics of our employee data system.

Pros

Great user experience: it's colorful, easy to use through different scorecards and interactive. We have tried two different modules (Monthly 16 and Social Network) and our people have had positive feedback.

Cons

Personally I'd love to see the option to tag people in posts on the social media tool. Also it'd be great if the admin could download simple reports on usage in the company with different KPIs.

Cons

Lack of an Admin role for internal HR users is a downside. Without this role, HR teams are unable to fully support end users across the organization limiting their ability to assist with issues or manage user access efficiently.
