Pros

I like how easy it is to track employee time with just one click, manage vacation days and store contracts and employee data. The software also provides multiple communication options like calls, video calls, chats and voice messages, all in a modern and user friendly design.

Cons

I think holiday imports should be automated per region, since the current CSV import is not convenient. Carrying forward unused vacation days into the next year should also be automated and I would like to see calendar synchronization via CalDav.
