Pros
We've been able to accomplish a lot more in far less time since switching to Manatal. It significantly streamlined our collaborative workflows compared to the old tool we used and because it comes with a built-in CRM we are now storing all client and candidate details in one place. The interface is pretty user friendly which matters to me since I'm not very tech-savvy. So that really stands out.
Cons
I'd really like to see scorecards added to it. As having them would make it much easier for our team and our clients to jointly evaluate candidates and they'd help centralize feedback so nothing gets lost across different channels.
