“fantastic slack recognition tools”
Pros
A lot to appreciate here, from how simple it is to send kudos or feedback directly in Slack to the adaptive admin platform and the wide range of analytics available. The different currency and regional options are also a major advantage.
Cons
One feature that would make it even better is the ability for other team members to add recognition coins to an existing kudos post in a channel. For instance, if Taylor gave Justin 10 coins, it would be nice if Eleonora could click "Contribute" on that same Slack post and add another 5 coins.

“Standout features”
Pros
The platform felt very approachable. It's simple to use for recognizing coworkers, rewarding hard work and it's affordable enough to fit the budget. It also includes several features I haven't seen in other software options, the landing page feels very inviting and the customer support team is consistently available to help with any issue, whether it's minor or more complicated.
Cons
It works best when a solid number of staff members actually participate, since that makes the whole system more effective. There's also a per-person cost when signing up for it,, but it stays reasonably priced as long as you pay attention to how you're managing it.
