“Excellent HR Solution for Our Team

Pros

The automation runs smoothly and takes care of so much work for me. I really appreciate how the analytics give me clear insights into what's happening with our team. Managing things like bringing new people onboard and handling employee evaluations feels effortless now and it's become such a reliable tool for all our HR requirements.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that there really isnt one and it does everything we expected and then some.

There are numerous functions available and they're all easy to use. The platform continuously enhances its quality, plus the mobile app works really well.

It's hard to find significant drawbacks with this one, maybe just that it takes a little time to learn all the features at first.

I really appreciate having everything centralized instead of scattered across multiple spreadsheets, it's cut down on errors significantly and keeps our data much more organized.

Cons

Some files wouldn't download on their own, so I ended up transferring them manually. Hopefully they'll fix this issue soon.
