“Great tool but UI needs an update”
Pros
What I love most is how they specialize as a human capital software company while also offering advisory services to Financial Services, Fintech and Consulting firms. I really think its time to expect more from performance management software and they deliver the best solutions when it comes to their service quality.
Cons
It could really use a UI upgrade and it feels very outdated. They should add more service features to make the user experience better and enhance what they already have.

Pros
I appreciate how this tool modernizes strategic planning and risk assessment for financial institutions. The SaaS platform effectively replaces outdated approaches with fresh, reimagined solutions that feel much more current.
Cons
The pricing is high compared to competitors, though I suppose it's justified given what you get for the solution. The interface could definitely use some work to make it more visually appealing.
