What I love most is how they specialize as a human capital software company while also offering advisory services to Financial Services, Fintech and Consulting firms. I really think its time to expect more from performance management software and they deliver the best solutions when it comes to their service quality.
Cons
It could really use a UI upgrade and it feels very outdated. They should add more service features to make the user experience better and enhance what they already have.
