“perfect for feedback & company announcements

Pros

Mirro allows me to make company announcements, give feedback and kudos and the day off calendar has made such a big difference in our company. Plus the documents section is really handy.

I really wish we could upload pictures and presentations to make things more interactive.

One of my favorite things about it is being able to see my vacation days and work-from-home days. It's also nice that I can leave reviews for my colleagues or managers.

there are not really any major weaknesses, except for the fact that you can't add videos or pictures when you make a post.

I like that I can easily get my paid time off through it. It makes the process so much smoother.

this is such a great way to get to know my colleagues. I use it every day during work and it's super easy to use.

One thing I do not like is that we can't post photos or videos. It would be a nice touch.

love how it promotes transparency in our company, especially among employees is just amazing. It really helps us stay connected.

I also wish that when I submit a leave request, I could select multiple dates at once instead of having to make separate requests for each date.

Being able to communicate with colleagues through the app is a huge plus. It keeps everything in one place.

I'd love to be able to check in on my colleagues more easily and use it for more business purposes.

It makes workplace interactions so much simpler. It's easy to remember birthdays, give compliments and celebrate work anniversaries.

It would be great if each profile had a section for kudos given and received. That would make tracking recognition easier.

The annual leave calendar and pictures of colleagues are so helpful especially for new members, it makes it super easy to identify people quickly.

Loveee the design of the app! It's super user-friendly and has some fun, creative features. It makes performance appraisals more collaborative and way less stressful. :)

There are always reports that could be improved or created so both HR and Operational Managers are happier with the platform.

One of my favorite things is that I can see my colleagues birthdays! It's a nice little touch.

I don't really like that we can't use it to track overtime effectively. It's limited in that area.

Best part for me is that everything is so well-structured. All the fields are easy to identify and make using the platform very smooth.

Flexi Time feature is awesome. It's so easy to track the time I take off and recover it, instead of keeping my own notes.

I have not used it much for anything other than the Flexi Time and time-off requests. I don't give kudos, could not really get used to the clock-in feature or the OKR and tasks feature either.

The interface is simple and easy to use. Plus, there are so many tools that are helpful within the company.

Sometimes it takes a long time to log in. That's a little annoying.

It's a very organized platform with tons of tabs. Everything is neatly arranged.

hard to load in the browser and it uses a lot of RAM which can slow things down.

OKR feature is not something our company is using as much as it should be, so it feels underused.

Least helpful? Honestly, there are no downsides for me. Everything's been working pretty well.
