Pros
I can't believe the value this tool brings! We started with just one team and the benefits showed up right away. It helped us set clear goals from the top down and made everyone see how their work fits into the bigger picture. The feedback loops really boosted our collaboration and performance reviews became easy. The recognition system with kudos is a nice touch and the reports are visually awesome, they make understanding the data so much easier.
Cons
I cant think of anything bad about it but just a heads up for teams getting started, make sure everyone uses all the features. The real value comes when people are actively engaged, so push for input, recognition and feedback from the start.

I just have to say, the performance feature really stands out to me. Going through performance reviews with this setup has honestly helped me grow so much as an engineer. It's been such a game changer to reflect on the past six months, process the feedback and jot everything down. It's probably the best thing I've experienced for continuous improvement whether it's from sprint to sprint, monthly or yearly. I seriously appreciate this feature.
Cons
The gifs get overwhelming for me. They add a lot of visual clutter that strains my eyes and makes the interface feel too busy.

I'm a huge fan of how simple it is to track peer observations and share best practices with the team through company announcements. The leave request process is so convenient, just a few clicks and it's done. I also really like the appreciation feature, being able to react with comments or emojis makes it feel personal. Overall the interface is easy to use and flexible.
Cons
The biggest challenge isn't really the software itself, it's finding time to do updates while juggling other tasks. Sometimes it's tough to balance digital work with in person customer interactions especially since I really value those personal connections.
