I can't believe the value this tool brings! We started with just one team and the benefits showed up right away. I cant think of anything bad about it but just a heads up for teams getting started, make sure everyone uses all the features. The real value comes when people are actively engaged, so push for input, recognition and feedback from the start.

I just have to say, the performance feature really stands out to me. Going through performance reviews with this setup has honestly helped me grow so much as an engineer. It's been such a game changer to reflect on the past six months, process the feedback and jot everything down. It's probably the best thing I've experienced for continuous improvement whether it's from sprint to sprint, monthly or yearly. I seriously appreciate this feature.
Cons
The gifs get overwhelming for me. They add a lot of visual clutter that strains my eyes and makes the interface feel too busy.
