“proven very helpful for us
Pros
It really helps us narrow down the search to qualified applicants. The candidates they send are a much better match for the experience we are looking for.
Cons
Not many people seem to use it and sometimes there just are not any candidates in their database that match what we need.

“Organized feedback but fake profiles are annoying
Pros
What I liked most about Monster+ was the range of options as it managed how we gathered and kept track of feedback during each stage of the interview process.
Cons
Even though it was simple to track applications, I ran into quite a few fake or duplicate profiles which felt a little shady and honestly got pretty annoying.

“user-friendly and speeds up hiring
Pros
It is user-friendly, basic and simple to get around. Everything runs smoothly and really speeds up our hiring process.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it took a little while to get comfortable with it and figure out how to move around the platform. But honestly I don't have many dislikes with the program itself.

“easy search function but outdated resumes
Pros
We get a lot of resumes to review and the search function is pretty easy to use. Also it works well with Boolean terms and really helps us narrow down our search.
Cons
The quality of applicants was not always the best and a lot of the resumes seemed outdated. Still it's useful for balancing out newer leads from Indeed with older ones from Monster.

“Not easy to navigate
Pros
The best part about Monster is the price as it's more budget-friendly than Indeed or ZipRecruiter. Their method of delivering applicants is also pretty unique compared to others.
Cons
Last time I used it, I found it pretty confusing to get around and hard to figure out how their system actually works.

“simplifies job hunting but low response rates
Pros
My experience has been positive as I find Monster easy to use when job hunting. Uploading my resume is simple too and applying for roles is quick.
Cons
The thing I liked least about it was that even though I applied to a lot of jobs, I hardly ever heard back from anyone.
