“Organized feedback but fake profiles are annoying”

What I liked most about Monster+ was the range of options as it managed how we gathered and kept track of feedback during each stage of the interview process.
Cons
Even though it was simple to track applications, I ran into quite a few fake or duplicate profiles which felt a little shady and honestly got pretty annoying.

It really helps us narrow down the search to qualified applicants. The candidates they send are a much better match for the experience we are looking for.
Cons
Not many people seem to use it and sometimes there just are not any candidates in their database that match what we need.

“easy search function but outdated resumes”
Pros
We get a lot of resumes to review and the search function is pretty easy to use. Also it works well with Boolean terms and really helps us narrow down our search.
Cons
The quality of applicants was not always the best and a lot of the resumes seemed outdated. Still it's useful for balancing out newer leads from Indeed with older ones from Monster.
