I really can't say much because Thematic began charging us before the onboarding process even started, which left a poor first impression.

I cant think of anything. There is nothing good about this product as it does not perform well in any area.
Cons
They consistently got the payments wrong, creating liabilities for the employees,and then refused to fix anything. We were passed from one employee to another, none of whom knew what they were doing yet they all promised to help. We spent over 100 hours trying to get things working correctly. When we tried to leave, they refused to return our deposit. In the end we had to involve lawyers to get the money they took back.

I am not sure what I like most about it since my experience with it has been terrible.
Cons
Their customer service is extremely slow. Once I inquired about my pay for a freelance contract and a rep told me I had not started yet so I would not be paid, which was incorrect because my pay was already being processed. Another time I asked about adding dependents to my insurance and it took them a week to respond with no useful information. I was simply told to send an approval to add dependents, which was the exact question I asked.
