dashboard is clean and the setup was surprisingly easy which impressed me from the start.

I haven't found any drawbacks, it's been very simple to use and to integrate with our existing tools.

“free and device friendly video interviews

Pros

The fact that it's completely free is a huge plus and setting up video calls takes almost no time. I can use it on any device and the interface is simple enough for anyone on my team to pick up quickly.

Cons

The main drawback I've run into is that you can't host interviews with more than two participants yet so doing a group interview isn't possible for now. Aside from that limitation I find the tool excellent and very easy to use. I'd still recommend it highly to anyone looking for a easy video interviewing solution.

Pros

Hiring can be overwhelming for a small business but sending candidates a video interview with custom questions cut roughly two-thirds of my phone interviews. Everything worked smoothly inside the talent management software.

Cons

can't think of any real downsides, the tool has run flawlessly for me and whenever I've reached out with questions they've replied quickly and helpfully. I've genuinely enjoyed using it and appreciate the huge chunk of time it has freed up in my workflow which has made managing hiring much less stressful.

this platform is extremely well designed for both interviewers and candidates. Video and audio quality have been excellent and features like drag-and-drop for applicant lists make managing the process effortless. Collaboration is easy too, I can share links for colleagues to comment and rate without logging in. Analytics powered by AI help guide better decisions and support is always responsive.

Cons

Personally, I think the drag-and-drop mechanism for moving candidates between lists could use a few small refinements to better match how I prefer to organize things. Apart from that minor preference, I honestly can't think of anything else I'd change.

interface is clean and using it has been simple. I've also found the support team to be excellent whenever any issues arise.

So far I haven't run into any major hiccups and I've been using it for 6 months.

it feels very easy and user-friendly. Candidates find it easy to navigate and my own experience reflects that same simplicity.

Cons

The platform doesn't retain the emails I include in an interview so when I add more I must type the message again. Having said that, I've rarely dealt with a company so receptive to user input. All of my ideas have been listened to and accepted without any trace of arrogance which I find extremely refreshing. I'm sure that as we move forward the experience will continue improving.

Occasionally I noticed interviews never arrived on my end, from what I gathered this was a known issue that has since been fixed.

When I used this platform to recruit guides for the Center for Israeli by Taglit, it proved ideal for filling customer-facing roles where charisma is crucial. It dramatically cut down the time I spent on interviews making the whole hiring process much more efficient and focused.

Cons

some candidates ran into technical problems when trying to record their responses but I like that support team intervened promptly and resolved the issues right away.

For my team, the simplicity of picking the right candidate is truly impressive. We used to spend a fortune and countless hours interviewing applicants before this tool but now the whole process feels effortless.

I can't recall ever running into an issue on this platform that wasn't resolved almost immediately. Their customer support is top-notch and always ready to step in whenever any issue pops up.

Pros

As a time-pressed manager trying to hire top-tier people, this tool has been a real lifesaver for me. These days so many CVs start to blend together and I find it hard to pick up who will actually fit the role so being able to get a sense of someone's character and personality helps me quickly sort through large numbers of applicants. It's simple to use and whenever I've run into an issue the support team has been genuinely helpful and responsive.
