It is affordable, simple to navigate and has no extra fees. Calculating taxes is also not a problem and I can easily print all my tax forms.

Cons

We didn't need direct deposit, so it wasn't an issue but I can see how not having that option could bother someone who relies on bank transfers.

It was incredibly confusing and unhelpful. It misled me into thinking I could handle everything on my own, offering almost no useful guidance. About a year later, I got a $3,000 bill from the IRS. I'll never use this service again.

it is far cheaper than most payroll services I mean just a fraction of what competitors charge. It also lets me print completed W-2 and Schedule H forms ready to sign and send to my CPA.

The setup and ongoing reporting information is pretty thin and not very helpful. Without clear explanations in the app, on the website or in the help section, I am often unsure everything is accurate, so I have my accountant double-check it all when I file my yearly taxes.
