What really stood out to me was their ability to compliantly onboard talent anywhere in the world while charging an incredibly affordable rate that starts at just $79 a month. For my Philippines hire they completed the entire onboarding in under five days and after comparing numerous other EOR providers in my recent searches, I honestly think they're the best option. Their team has been fantastic, always responsive and ready to assist.

Because of their efforts, we've been able to accept payments from clients across the globe without the usual headaches. That said, there are a few areas where I feel there is room for improvement, Single-name KYC process, the verification flow for individuals who have only a single legal name has been challenging for us and others I know. Simplifying that process would greatly improve the user experience. Business name and account support, the platform should consider adding support for business names and dedicated business accounts so companies like ours can properly separate personal and corporate transactions. Settlement time, the current three-day settlement window feels a bit slow, shortening it would noticeably improve our financial operations. Overall, I appreciate the assistance this tool provides and look forward to seeing these enhancements implemented in the future.

As both a business user and an individual, I've found this tool incredibly handy for a range of tasks, I can quickly run payroll calculations and it makes handling tax-related computations convenient to set up and execute. Whenever I run into a problem while working with it, their customer support has been reliable and easy to reach which I appreciate. Also, when I need to link this application to other software in our stack, the integration process is simple and works without much hassle.

Occasionally it slows down during heavy computations and can freeze up in certain areas which is frustrating but despite those intermittent performance hiccups my overall experience has been positive and I enjoyed using it.
