“Promotes engagement and is user friendly”

Pros

What stands out is how it actively promotes and facilitates employee engagement, along with recognizing both the team and individuals. And since it is so user friendly, getting staff on board and using it is really easy.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind that I actively dislike about it. But what if the reward choices were broader? But it is not a major concern for me personally.

“excellent for backing up your colleagues”

Pros

It is an excellent method for backing up your colleagues and there is a solid variety of rewards available to pick from. I am sure my coworkers and I all really value getting acknowledged through Nectar.

Cons

I think it would be great to see the gift card options grow! Plus having a way to get cards for more specialized stores that do not take the general Visa or Mastercard prepaid options would be awesome.

“A fantastic way to feel valued”

Pros

Earning points for good work and giving them to others is a highlight. Overall it is a fantastic way to feel valued yourself and to show others you see their efforts.

Cons

Having to write a public note explaining why we are giving someone points can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable.

“Simple, dependable and fast”

Pros

The simple design and dependable service are what I like. And every time I have claimed a reward, it has arrived quickly and without any issues.

Cons

Honestly there is not much about it that bothers me. The only things were some outdated design problems on the mobile side but they have already resolved those.

Pros

Nectar HR user-friendly design and simple navigation are big pluses for me. I also like how easy the rewards program is to use and how fast they deliver what you order.

Cons

I'd love to see a wider selection of gift cards, maybe more that are specific to my area since some of the current options are for places that are not local to me.

“great for public shout-outs”

Pros

My favorite parts are definitely the news feed and the ability to send shout-outs to my coworkers, which helps show our support and gratitude for one another.

Cons

The things I like least are the limited, preset hashtag options and the fact that the main color is orange.

“Happy with shout-outs and positive feedback”

Overall I am really happy with this product. Specifically I love being able to post shout-outs, give rewards to helpful teammates and receive positive feedback from my colleagues.

Cons

I do sometimes run into problems when trying to log in. Also it would be a big help if the password reset emails arrived much faster than they currently do.

Pros

It is a simple yet powerful tool for rewarding your teammates and strengthening the sense of community within groups! Overall the whole experience is enjoyable, keeps you involved and comes with real rewards.

Cons

The overall look feels a bit plain and overly bright so I think having a dark mode or other color themes to choose from would be a nice improvement.

What I liked was how Nectar lets employees make progress toward their personal benefit goals, offering actual, valuable rewards that contribute to their overall improvement.

There was not a single aspect of it that I did not enjoy. Since I'd never used it before, I was really impressed by how pleasant the whole experience was.

Pros

Getting rewards for various activities including completing weekly tasks or exercise goals is something I really enjoy. It feels great to be acknowledged, and I think it genuinely lifts the spirits of everyone on the team.

Cons

I do not actually have many criticisms. The software is easy to use and has a nice, clean look. And I am always reminding our staff to be sure they sign up for an account.

Pros

Nectar injects more enjoyment, humanity and positivity into the workday. It is like sprinkling a bit of celebration into your companys atmosphere without any of the cleanup afterward. I'd absolutely suggest it for any team looking to feel more united and valued.

Cons

A minor drawback as per me is that both the reward choices and the reporting tools could offer a bit more flexibility to personalize them. Though it is not a huge problem but if your team enjoys deep data analysis or wants to adjust the aesthetics, you might find the options a bit restrictive.

“Simplifies giving credit and rewards”

Pros

What I really like is how Nectar simplifies the process of giving someone credit for their effort. When you recognize a person, they get a nice tangible bonus and the whole company can see the public Shout Out celebrating their good work.

Cons

Nothing at all as I believe it is a fantastic platform. I have not run into any problems. It is simple to get around and extremely user-friendly.

Pros

Redeeming our points for a huge variety of items from lots of different retailers is incredibly easy. The whole redemption process is also very quick.

Cons

So far I have not come across any problems! That's a relief. The program is really great and I hope I never do come across an issue.

Nectar is one of the most interactive methods for colleagues to recognize each other's great work or express thanks. When your team is remote, showing gratitude can be challenging. But this tool solves this by offering a public space for acknowledgment and by providing a monetary reward for exceptional effort.

Cons

Nothing as it is top-notch tool. But occasionally it runs a little slow and tends to use a noticeable amount of computer memory when I have it open in my Chrome browser.

“Builds connection for remote workplaces”

Pros

My favorite thing about it is how it cultivates a sense of connection and appreciation in a remote workplace. Also it provides a simple way to express thanks, reward teammates and interact with recognition posts from others which really helps build community and a supportive culture across the entire group.

Cons

I feel it is a wonderful system! However a great improvement would be if we could open and use gift cards right inside the app itself, instead of having to go through email links.

Pros

The best part for me is that Nectar lets employees get noticed for their contributions while also earning something back for it.

Cons

There is not anything specific that I like the least about it. Although it does sometimes feel like receiving your rewards can be a lengthy process.

Pros

Nectar HR Team Collaboration features are fantastic! Our entire group gets enthusiastic about using the app to send shoutouts for peer recognition and to earn points toward prizes. Overall it truly promotes more conversation between staff and allows for recognition to come from all directions.

Cons

It required a bit of time to get familiar with how the app works. Akso the feature for giving shout-outs is not quite as simple as it first appears, since you need to include a minimum description and tag it with one of the companys value hashtags.

“Love rewarding with gifs”

Pros

Being able to both reward and acknowledge my coworkers is something I love. The option to include GIFs also adds a more fun and personal touch to the whole experience.

Cons

Our monthly point budget feels a bit tight though I understand thats probably our company's decision, not the software itself. Plus I'd love to have the ability to recognize more of my coworkers with additional points.

Pros

Nectar is an excellent platform for acknowledging and celebrating staff members. Also it streamlines giving shoutouts and really helps improve team morale. The system promotes appreciation between different departments and helps establish a positive culture of recognition.

Cons

One issue we have seen is that some staff members save up all their points and send them out in a batch right at the month's end, often without writing a personal note. We have been promoting more heartfelt messages to make the appreciation feel more authentic, but it's something we are still working on.

“incredibly simple and uplifting”

Pros

It is is incredibly simple and easy to navigate. Browsing through recognition posts, team challenges and the various reward choices is not a problem too. Moreover it is really uplifting to see positive shout-outs and appreciation flowing between colleagues across the entire organization.

Cons

For the brief period I have been using it I honestly cannot think of anything bad to say about it.
