Pros
It brings all essential HR processes and guidance into one centralized system streamlining management and improving efficiency.
Cons
As an admin it takes some time to get the hang of doing certain things and sometimes the system runs a bit slower than we'd like.

Pros
I really like the support team and their willingness to help with questions and upcoming offerings. Also I value the time and effort they have invested in improving the portal's usability.
Cons
The setup can be a bit tricky to learn especially considering the layers of components that need to connect to make the system work the way we want it to.

“A lifesaver for customer-facing work
Pros
I work with customers a lot and this software really helps. It's simple but still handles all kinds of situations without feeling complicated. Setting it up was way easier than other tools I've tried and it connects to Workday without any issue.
Cons
Sometimes issues get sent to their cloud team and they are not very quick to respond. We've also run into problems during upgrades.

“Small company achieving great things
Pros
Neocase works excellently as a case management tool offering wide range of customization options. As a large healthcare organization scalability and reliability were very important for us and this tool provided just that. It was easy for our team to independently build and configure new processes.
Cons
Not a complaint but we have not had the chance to explore the real-time integration with Workday yet.

“Good but lacking in a few areas
Pros
It is easy to configure and update which makes management simple and hassle-free.
Cons
There is a lack of reporting capabilities and the history of the knowledge base is lost when changes are made. Also the search functionality in the colleague portal is also lacking. One of the biggest challenges we face is getting information from it. Plus the survey functionality is too basic.

It is simple to use and maintain and from what I understand. Also it ion the more affordable side for HR systems. The people I work with are also great.
Cons
We occasionally face issues with upgrades causing problems and the cloud services team can be non-responsive.

Pros
We implemented Neocase to automate several manual processes that were previously handled through a shared email inbox. It helped us systematize and track all workstreams significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. This system allowed us to scale with the business and manage employee productivity. Plus it specifically helped streamline our employee change crossboarding processes making things more efficient for both our HR team and HR Business Partners. Additionally it made tracking and managing employee questions much more effective and the reporting on our teams productivity was very helpful.
Cons
It is a very complex system. It can do almost anything but you need to understand how to configure it properly. Though it is not necessarily a downside but there is a steep learning curve to fully understand the system which is necessary for effective troubleshooting and automation.

Pros
It is easy to build smart forms in a short amount of time. The application is smooth for both users and agents and the support service is great as Neocase's team addresses our reported issues quickly.
Cons
We should have access to yearly refresher training for admins as part of the contract. Since many updates and new features are released throughout the year this would keep system admins up to date with the latest offerings, allowing them to communicate new capabilities to their teams

Pros
As someone in HR, I can say this software has been crucial for us. It makes sure every employee, in every department can access what they need and knows exactly what goals they are working towards.
Cons
It did solve most of our department's problems but working with employee data and pay scales took more time and effort than I expected.

Pros
Honestly this is the best tool I've used so far, it totally matches what I was hoping for. It's awesome for managing my team and even works great with trainees.
Cons
I haven't had any bad experiences or run into terrible features with this product. I actually managed to cut our recruiting costs and smooth out our operations with it.

Pros
It has been really helpful for keeping track of my workload and staying organized. It fits right into how we work and cuts down so much on manual tasks. Plus the interface is outstanding, smooth and easy to use.
Cons
Sometimes when I create a bunch of cases, I can't select them all at once, I have to do it one by one which can take time. Other than that, there is not anything I really dislike.

Cons
Updating employee salaries is not as smooth as I'd like and getting it integrated was pretty complicated.

Pros
We tried it on a trial basis while looking for new onboarding and HRIS options. It helped align a lot of our HR tasks and made things more efficient.
Cons
The biggest challenge for us was trying to integrate it with our payroll system and it caused errors in a lot of our employee profiles.
