“All in one platform
Pros
Having multiple platforms in one place has been really convenient. The system is user friendly for both HR and employees which makes daily use much simpler. It also helps IT and HR manage things more efficiently since everything is centralized in one spot.
Cons
There seem to be random updates happening quite often and that makes it difficult for HR personnel to stay on top of all the changes. It would also be helpful to have more support when integrating outside systems.

“adapts well to user needs
Pros
Using it feels easy and the platform keeps evolving to match what users need while bringing in relevant technology and updated processes.
Cons
The unified dashboard still could use some improvements to feel more user friendly and make important information easier to access.

“helpful support
Pros
Their customer service has been one of the best parts for me! The team is always helpful and if they don't have an answer right away they're willing to dig deeper and follow up. I also appreciate how customizable the platform is which makes it work well for different needs.
Cons
At times there seem to be knowledge gaps around everything the software can actually do. That said the Quarterly Releases have definitely helped close some of that gap and made things clearer over time.

“easy rollout
Pros
The support from the team has been outstanding! We're currently using Insight in production and are planning to move ahead with Onboard in 2026. The post onboading help and resources have been extremely valuable and the Customer Success team adds a ton of value as well.
Cons
Switching between the employee view and the HR administrator side feels a bit outdated. It would also help if the documentation were organized more like a full training manual maybe in a list or spreadsheet style format especially for those of us training new hires or retraining current staff. I ended up spending quite a bit of time pulling together the videos and links into one usable place. I also don't understand why community access isn't available automatically.

“user friendly
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and the platform feels very user friendly overall. I also really appreciate the community and the way their ideas actually make it into the product.
Cons
At this point it still isn't fully suited for multi college use. That said I'm hopeful because they seem to listen to feedback and I believe they'll continue improving in that area.

“Good software!
Pros
Having everything in the platform under one system is probably the biggest advantage. It's really helpful being able to send employees to a single place instead of having them jump between multiple platforms.
Cons
The training side can be challenging and some processes take far too many clicks to complete. On top of that changes seem to happen very quickly which can make it harder to keep up.

“simple course setup for training
Pros
The Learn platform does a solid job of keeping professional development organized and manageable. It lets us build courses using custom categories which works well for both in person sessions and customized online trainings.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that training transcripts can't be separated by category. Since our faculty need to follow courses based on category we end up doing manual lookups and sorting. External trainings submitted through e forms also make the transcript harder to manage.
