“Easy Deployment and Effective for My Team Management
Pros
The interface is very easy to use and setting it up was quick and hassle-free. Overall it really saved us a lot of time and effort.
Cons
Getting the hang of how everything works took some time of ours at first even though setting it up was pretty simple.

Nestor interface is clean, well-organized,and easy to navigate. Also I love how user-friendly the system is as complex tasks feel simple. The best part is how customizable everything is allowing you to adjust it to your needs. It is clear the team listens to feedback and keeps improving. The data visualization options are excellent too with different graph types that make presenting information much easier and more meaningful.
Cons
The translation into other languages is taking longer than we expected during implementation. While the feedback process has been smooth, the language localization is moving slower than anticipated.

Pros
Setting up OKRs is really simple and I can easily track what my teammates are working on and their progress. The Skills & Projects feature is a big highlight for me. It makes conversations with my manager about my growth much clearer and I can easily check out internal opportunities when I am ready for a new challenge.
Cons
Well the real challenge is not the software itself but getting everyone to adopt the methodology and use it consistently. We introduced OKRs alongside this tool which made the rollout a bit tougher. People struggle to enter updates and track progress regularly so you do not get the full benefit unless your team stays committed and disciplined about it.

“Complete solution for team and business growth
Pros
I really like how this tool shows live team metrics and tracks individual growth. It helps identify skill gaps and suggests training resources to improve. Also the integration with our existing tech stack is pretty good so that keeps everything running smoothly. Managers can easily set objectives, track progress and provide feedback to help everyone perform at their best. Plus the integration and support teams are excellent as they are always helpful and responsive.
Cons
Have not found any major issues so far but I will have a clearer picture after using it for a few more months and really testing its capabilities.

Pros
From a manager's perspective I can easily assess how well my team is performing both within our company and compared to other teams.
Cons

Pros
The reporting system is extremely helpful and offers great flexibility with numerous options for detailed management. Working with my team has become much smoother now and the evaluation process is now enjoyable for everyone. Also Nestor's team has been amazing during both the implementation and ongoing development always providing useful ideas and support.
Cons
We tried using this for performance reviews and bonus calculations based on business KPIs but with our unique requirements, we faced some challenges. Now we are moving towards integrating it to improve system adoption and make the process more objective.

To be honest I am really impressed with how this tool stays up to date with HR and management trends. The team regularly releases new modules and features, keeping everything fresh. Their support is fast, professional and always in tune with our needs as they often anticipate issues before we even notice. Also the implementation was simple and the training support made getting our team up to speed pretty simple.
Cons
There is nothing major to complain about so far considering what the tool offers. My only issue is that it does not integrate with other HR platforms and features yet like HR admin and intranet. So it would be great to have everything in one place for employees providing the same transparency and smooth user experience.

Pros
Nestor covers everything we need to help people identify their strengths and areas for improvement, with clear goals, timelines and measurable results. Managers get a complete view of their teams, making it easier to spot challenges and opportunities for collaboration. Keep in mind that success really depends on how it is implemented but if you want to build a growth mindset across your organization, it is a great choice. Setting up and integrating was simple and the support team is quite responsive. We use it to create growth plans every six months, with monthly check-ins and it also helps guide our learning and development efforts.
Cons
The user experience still needs improvement and is not quite smooth enough for easy adoption. While it gets the job done there are definitely areas I feel like that could be better for a more seamless experience.

With Nestor creating diagrams and reports is not a problem. The organizational charts make it easy to visualize our entire team structure and the interface for building them is simple and user-friendly too making the process quick and efficient.

I was skeptical at first but this tool has quickly become my go-to for finding talent with specific skills. The search function makes it easy to find people in our organization who have exactly what I need. Posting opportunities is simple and I love how it uses scoring algorithms to match candidates. The filtering is great too as it ranks candidates with the highest scores first, then works its way down. Also it is helpful to see people who may not be a perfect match but still have strong skills in most areas like 5 out of 8 competencies.
Cons
Without careful planning for skill mapping and assessment, talent management efforts often fall short of our expectations and miss key opportunities for growth.

Pros
Having objectives and competencies in one place for easy evaluation is simply the best. Also the cascading feature is fantastic as I can assign objectives to my direct reports and peers working on shared milestones, then track progress pretty simple. Monitoring employee competency development year after year gives me valuable insights into growth trends. And the customer support team deserves special mention too as they are always quick to respond, helpful and genuinely listen to our suggestions for improvements.
Cons
It is hard to find any cons as I find this tool very user-friendly.
