This tool is so easy to use and I am not at all tech-savvy. I find it really user-friendly and whenever I need help they are quick to assist. The employees love how easy it is to access their time cards and info.

No cons so far. I know it does more than what I use it for so I'm sure there are features I'm missing.

The platform is incredibly user friendly and interactive. Everything can be customized to fit exactly what you need.

Setup was tough at first especially with some turnover on our sales team but it was totally worth it.

It is super interactive which makes it easy to use. I really enjoy the publisher reports... they are clear, detailed and easy to understand.

I have not seen any downsides. Customer support has shifted from phone calls to cases but that's not a huge issue.

I absolutely love the reporting system....Netguide and the timecards. The reporting system gives me all the insights I need.

Some of the payroll deductions are limited which can be a problem.

Pros

Netchex has several pros that I appreciate. It allows for a streamlined and user-friendly process when it comes to recording time and managing payroll. At one point, employees were even able to clock in using their phones, thanks to the secure firewall protection in place.

Cons

Although I did not personally experience this, some employees faced difficulties when connecting Netchex to a specific early wage access app. Nonetheless, I have no complaints overall.
