Employees can view their own information and make updates to it. The HR analytics are useful for making informed decisions, while training materials help new users get started. A detailed history log keeps track of changes and deductions are managed accurately and efficiently.

Cons

APIs can be difficult to adjust for particular requirements and setting up permissions for user roles is complicated. The interface sometimes lags or responds slowly. Building highly customized reports can be difficult and error messages and troubleshooting guidance have issues.

Pros

Managing our 900 employees with this software works well for us. It's easy to use and available whenever we need it and controlling security access is simple.

Cons

Hiring isn't what this software does best so another system needs to be integrated for that part of HR. Getting in touch with customer service is difficult too.

The interface and overall experience could be better. Moving between sections and screens can feel unaccessible and the menu for subsections seems designed more for mobile than desktop use.

I have noticed some limitations with the mobile version of Nethris. For instance, we cannot display vacancy percentages. Additionally, logging into Nethris can be a bit of a hassle due to the numerous credentials required.

I use this tool to check my pay stubs though I'm not an administrator and I'm updating my review. The app feels accessible, with a dashboard that sums up the key details from each paycheck, like net pay and deductions. Calendar filters are easy to apply there, too.

Signing in takes some effort since I have to remember my business code (a random mix of numbers and letters), username and password, then complete two-factor identification. I know the information is sensitive though so that seems reasonable.

One of the most useful parts of Nethris is how organized everything is. I can view tax slips from previous years so I can go back and check them whenever I need to.

Using the mobile software, I don't have access to many of the options and I can't view my pay slips in detail as I can on the website.
