Pros
HR functions cover everything I need in one place. The interface feels accessible and doesn't require much training to get started. I really appreciate how customizable it is, I can adjust settings to match our company's specific workflow! Security seems solid which gives me peace of mind when handling sensitive employee data. The reporting tools are comprehensive and help me generate the analytics I need for decision making. When I've had questions customer support has been responsive and actually helpful in resolving issues quickly.
Cons
The lack of frequent updates is concerning. I wish they would roll out new features more regularly and actually listen to user feedback when making improvements.
