missed deadlines and false promises

Pros

Overall it offers strong functions for small businesses. The software is easy, works well and remains manageable even when used at scale.

Cons

The biggest problem was the dishonesty and unprofessional approach. Deadlines were overpromised and they would not commit to a firm delivery date for the software development.

All in one invoicing and sales

Pros

Once everything was configured and running, having invoicing, contact management and sales tracking all in one place was a big plus. It meant I didn't have to pay for three separate tools and that's something I really appreciated.

Cons

Customer support has been inconsistent. I reached out a few times with technical questions about transaction management and the answers I got were so vague that they didn't really help.

useful platform

Pros

It lets you centralize the management of your business with a single subscription which is very convenient when you're just getting started. The free website builder is also a nice advantage.

Cons

I did not use the platform for very long but from my limited experience it felt more complicated to use than WordPress + Hostinger for building and hosting a website. I mainly tested the CRM which was easy while the website builder was a bit less accessible.

versatile modules

Pros

Having everything in one system is really useful because it lets you manage a lot of business operations from a single place. The different modules make it quite flexible and once the setup is done it helps save a lot of time. It also works well as the business grows so scaling with it feels manageable.

Cons

At the start it can become confusing pretty quickly and the setup process takes a fair amount of time. Not everything feels accessible right away which adds to the initial difficulty. On top of that some features seem a little unfinished or still require manual tweaking which can be frustrating at times.

integration issues and tricky setup

Pros

Definitely useful to have everything I need in one platform! I can handle sales, use it as a CRM and manage accounting in the same system. It also has room to grow with the business and the integration options are there when needed.

Cons

That said we've run into a lot of sync problems with our native integration software. Leads regularly fail to come through and the setup process is complicated if you're not very technical. It's not the best fit for businesses that want simple, smooth integrations and easy CRM management.

user friendly HR organization

Pros

One thing that works really well here is the interface. It's very user friendly and getting to the tools you need is simple and easy. Another strong point is how it handles management and allocation of users, centers and departments, keeping those functions organized in a structured way.

Cons

However there are still a few areas that need improvement. Shift tracking should be fully automated from A to Z. The update tools are also quite expensive which can be a drawback. Other than that the system seems vulnerable to hacking so security definitely needs to be strengthened.

positive experience

Pros

Having CRM, accounting, operations and everything else in one system is what I appreciate most about it since it cuts down the need to constantly jump between different tools. The platform is fairly simple to work with, grows well as needs expand and offers a lot of room for customization all at a reasonable price.

Cons

A downside is that certain features still feel a little unfinished or less polished than they should be and getting customizations right sometimes requires technical know-how. ALso performance may start to lag when too many modules are running and customer support is not always as quick to respond as expected.

live reporting and faster imports

Pros

Once the actual data is entered the reports show current, real time numbers which is very useful. We did have to bring in someone to fix the API but after that it was able to move transactions over from another platform well enough. The CSV imports for 1099s and adding customers also worked quicker than I expected.

Cons

At the higher level view it's frustrating that you can't clearly see which entity an invoice belongs to when running a report. Apart from that the tools for building custom reports are very frustrating to work with.

valuable software

Pros

Getting started with the platform feels very easy even for someone without a specialized background. The modules are user friendly across the board and the overall value for money is impressive since you get a wide range of features without the system feeling too complicated or overpriced. Another big advantage is how flexible it is when it comes to customizing it around business needs. Also many clients already recognize and trust the brand which helps make adoption much more natural.

Cons

Something I don't really like is the lack of module wise pricing. You end up paying a single price that includes a whole bundle of apps even the ones your company may never use. It would make a lot more sense to be able to pay only for the specific modules that are actually useful so the overall cost could be lower.

reliable customer service

Pros

One thing that really works well with it is that everything sits inside one big ecosystem which is very helpful for my clients because they can manage all their services in a single place. On top of that customer service has been reliable and I haven't had any issues with it!

Cons

A few of the more advanced modules come across as somewhat basic when compared with specialized tools. Also customization can become expensive if you need features or changes beyond the standard setup.

good fit for smaller teams

Pros

Using this platform is pretty easy overall since most features are simple and clear from the start! It doesn't require a lot of lengthy customization which makes it a solid option for small to mid sized organizations.

Cons

Once you start needing more advanced functions, this doesn't feel like the strongest choice. In larger organizations handling big volumes of data it becomes harder to classify and filter information with the level of precision you may need.

powerful tool

Pros

Has been an excellent tool for both small companies and larger businesses. It offers strong tools for CRM, sales management and invoicing and it also benefits from a large worldwide community that adds a lot of value.

Cons

One downside is that certain versions come with major structural changes and they do not always remain compatible with custom modules developed for earlier versions.

flexible platform

Pros

Having CRM, invoicing, sales and plenty of other modules all in one platform makes it really versatile. It adapts well as the business expands and the customization options are strong enough to fit different workflows and needs.

Cons

Setting up everything does require some time and a few modules can feel a bit complicated when you're new to the system. There are also occasional performance slowdowns especially when handling larger amounts of data or running many apps at once.

Woulf recommend!

Pros

One of its strongest points is its modular setup. You can choose only the apps you actually need (like CRM, inventory, accounting, project management, e-commerce, HR and others) and then expand over time by adding more as the business grows.

Cons

The part I like least is the pricing side. Even though the modular model looks flexible at first the cost can rise pretty fast once you start enabling more features or bringing in a larger number of users.

everything in one place

Pros

Everything being in one suite really cuts out the need to juggle several disconnected tools since it brings functions like CRM, sales and accounting together in one centralized system.

Cons

Getting the setup and configuration right can take quite a bit of time and effort and it often needs technical know-how or help from outside consultants.
