“Clear and concise HR tool
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most about this tool is how quickly I got the hang of it. The interface is so intuitive, everything is right where you'd expect it to be and the menus are clear and logical. It doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features. Instead it presents exactly what you need in a simple way which makes the whole experience feel smooth. For me it's the perfect balance of powerful and easy to use.
Cons
The recap email for staff leave only shows the first few entries which can be limiting in my opinion.

I find it simple to manage documents, hours and follow-ups for both employers and employees.
Cons
So far I haven't found any missing functionalities though I am still looking for a tool to track company car data more efficiently.

Pros
Employees can digitally sign contracts and policies, enjoy smooth onboarding and I appreciate the links to payroll, calendars and insights.
Cons
I wish there was a dedicated tool for training, I'm not sure if it is intended for that purpose.

Pros
This tool is very user-friendly and covers all HR needs. I can add all basics and the modular setup is simple, with the training module, I can hide items as needed. Each document's visibility is fully under my control.
Cons
The app is still in development which is actually a plus. Occasionally I notice missing features and then I just have to wait for updates.

Pros
Navigating it is super simple, I get a full view of employee records, access contract templates, customize HR workflows, link to payroll providers for sick leave or holidays and track assets.
Cons
Since it's a fairly new, all-purpose platform, it doesn't cover every single need from day one but I appreciate that the team listens to suggestions and keeps adding features based on user feedback.

“automated leave and asset tracking
Pros
New hires can onboard themselves and use a self-service portal. I like that vacation requests are automated and asset/fleet tracking is available. The support team responds quickly and is very helpful.
Cons
Up till now I haven't encountered any major problems so there's nothing critical to point out.

Pros
I find it very simple for employees, requesting leave, uploading sick notes and signing documents is smooth. Payroll slips are easily accessible and I can see colleagues' vacation schedules in the calendar.
Cons
I've struggled to connect this tool with other applications like Outlook on Mac even though that option exists.

Because of this tool, I don't need to hire extra HR staff. Colleagues manage their contracts and payslips, update personal info themselves and I can focus on other priorities while HR costs decrease.

Cons

Cons
Setup depends on the social bureau which can be a stumbling block at first. Once completed, everything links up so I think it's just an early annoyance with eventual benefits.

Pros
Everything is centralized, I can access employee records and even handle document signing within the platform. Bringing new hires onboard is faster and smoother and I love that the product keeps improving with new features, sometimes based on customer feedback.
Cons
Integration with our payroll and social wage provider still needs work. I have to add new staff manually and car allocations must be tracked in two different places though these are minor issues compared to the advantages we enjoy.

They integrated Officient with our HR platform and I appreciate how quickly the support team rolls out requested features to align our workflows.
Cons
