Pros
Onfolk takes care of most of our people operations easily. I love that we don't have to micromanage every detail but still get enterprise level customization and support.
Cons
I really wish they added more tools for planning and forecasting. That's something I'd definitely make use of.

“Organized but needs checks”
Pros
I find it really easy to view payroll data and manage time off in one place. It helps me stay organized without digging through multiple tools or spreadsheets.
Cons
It runs smooth as long as everyone's on a steady salary and nothing changes. But once you have part timers or someone's leaving, it kinda falls apart. I usually gotta double check the bonus calculations by hand.

“Simple and budget friendly tool”
Pros
It's user friendly, easy to set up and offers great value for the price. I didn't need much help getting started which made onboarding smooth.
Cons
The bulk payments have to go through Wise which means I've got a few extra clicks to deal with every month. Not a huge deal, just one of those little things.

Pros
I love the flexibility of running payroll without being tied to strict deadlines. What really stands out is how they take user feedback seriously and implement it, making the system even easier for my team to use.
Cons

“An easy experience from the start”
Pros
This software has consistently delivered excellent service. Their quick response and effective problem solving have made the entire experience feel easy from the start.
Cons
We started using it around the same time we were growing as a company and they've been growing too. Their support team has been amazing, even while the features rolled out slowly. I do think if they had shared what features were coming and when, it would've helped us plan better.

“Friendly team”
Pros
The payroll service and Xero integration from this platform have been great for us. It's saved me from manual accounting tasks and the team has been both friendly and incredibly helpful throughout.
Cons

“Time effective and Convenient”
Pros
Switching to Onfolk has saved us both time and money compared to using an accountant. Payroll is now automated and we also benefit from features like holiday tracking, all with top notch customer support.
Cons
It's still missing a few features I'd love to have but I trust they're working on the important ones. So I'm staying patient for now.
