Pros
Onfolk takes care of most of our people operations easily. I love that we don't have to micromanage every detail but still get enterprise level customization and support.
Cons
I really wish they added more tools for planning and forecasting. That's something I'd definitely make use of.

Cons
It runs smooth as long as everyone's on a steady salary and nothing changes. But once you have part timers or someone's leaving, it kinda falls apart. I usually gotta double check the bonus calculations by hand.

Cons
