“Quick clock ins

Pros

Clocking in and out with this app is quick and convenient and the layout is simple to figure out. It's nice having my hours and schedule available together in one place which makes it really practical to use.

Cons

At times the app runs slowly or gets glitchy and it freezes pretty often. There are also moments when the weekly overview doesn't load or work at all.

“easy to use

Pros

Right from the start this platform has been very simple to use. The interface feels accessible, the navigation is clear and it doesn't take long to figure out where everything is. Even people who haven't used this kind of platform before can get comfortable with the tools and features pretty quickly.

Cons

For now I really don't have any complaints about the software. It has continued to meet my expectations and has been dependable whenever I've needed to use it.

“time tracking win

Pros

Using the software has been really low stress which is probably my favorite part. My schedule tends to be pretty unpredictable so being able to clock in and out and adjust things whenever I need to is a huge plus. It's very user friendly and never feels awkward or outdated to figure out.

Cons

Something I'd still like on the web version is a full monthly calendar view showing the days I worked. Right now it's more focused on a week by week layout but having a complete calendar view would make it much easier to spot gaps in my time throughout the month.

“helpful timecard view

Pros

Overall the platform is pretty easy to use and the updated home screen looks good. On the timecard page it's useful being able to filter between a more detailed view and a day overview, plus there's a quick snapshot of who is clocked in and who isn't. For the price it feels like a solid option especially since we're only using the basic version right now. The GPS feature sounds good in theory but on personal devices you can't really enforce it without each person giving permission. It gets even more complicated with work from home employees because you'd need every device added to the system if you want to prevent alternate logins. Then there's also the issue of someone working while traveling or on vacation. At that point your only real choices are to block clock ins from unapproved devices entirely or leave it set to notify a manager about unverified IP addresses. While we were comparing timekeeping systems their customer service was extremely fast to respond, well informed and very willing to help.

Cons

Something I really wish they offered is another GPS related option like sending an alert to a manager who could then approve or deny an unverified IP address. There also seems to be a bug when someone needs to clock in as an employee but also has manager access or another secondary role. The system acts like that person has two separate accounts and ours keep getting locked when it comes to editing. We can still clock in and out which is the biggest thing but when this happens I'm unable to edit employee information unless a password reset link gets sent to the employee. That means I have to wait on them and after dealing with it several times I've mostly stopped bothering because it takes more time than it's worth.

“simple design anyone can use

Pros

Very easy to use this software. The layout feels simple and user friendly especially for someone who isn't very comfortable with technology.

Cons

One issue I run into is that if I leave my computer on overnight it sometimes looks like I'm clocked in when I'm really not. I have to refresh the page and clock in again.

“reliable support

Pros

Clocking in with this platform is really convenient and whenever something comes up, customer support is only an email away. Every time I have a question they respond quickly and make it simple to get the help I need.

Cons

Every now and then when I clock in, my punches aren't calculated correctly. That said being able to adjust the times is helpful and whenever I report it to customer service they jump on it right away and work on resolving the problem.

“positive experience

Pros

Keeping my team organized is easy with this software. I can also check the location employees are clocking in from which is a huge advantage since my business operates in different places at different times. The interface is also very user friendly and simple to figure out.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. It's a easy tool that does what I need and it includes plenty of features that work well for my team. The $9 monthly price isn't unreasonable though I certainly wouldn't mind a discount if one were available. Overall there just aren't many downsides to mention.

“payroll tracking made simple

Pros

Clocking in and out is easy for employees and on my end as the business owner, pulling hours for payroll is just as simple.

Cons

We really haven't come across any downsides yet though we're a small business and currently only have one employee using the service.

“geo fenced tracking

Pros

Using this app has been really easy! We rely on it to clock in and out for our trash valet work and I'd definitely suggest it to any company that wants a simple time tracking option. The geo fencing is also a nice touch since it helps confirm that we're actually onsite when we punch in.

Cons

Every now and then there's a slight delay when clocking in or out although that seems more tied to weak cell service between buildings than the app itself.

“organized platform

Pros

Has been really helpful for keeping track of my work hours. Clocking in and out is easy and the layout keeps everything well organized. The monthly summary is one of the most useful parts because it lets me quickly see the total hours I've worked throughout the month. It's simple, clear and keeps all of my time records in one place which makes monitoring my hours much more manageable.

Cons

One issue I've run into with it is the occasional technical glitch. There have been times when I couldn't log in unless I selected my position but no position choices appeared in the drop down menu. I also had a shift get marked as an unpaid break by mistake so that had to be fixed afterward. Even though the system is useful overall these random problems can be frustrating when I'm trying to keep my work hours accurate.

“fast timesheets

Pros

It has been quick and easy to clock in and out with this and honestly it feels like one of the better methods a company could use. It makes timesheets much faster to handle and I think a lot of companies would benefit from using it.

Cons

The only trouble I had was on iOS. On my iPhone getting connected was difficult while it seemed much simpler on a Samsung. I also tried finding the app in the App Store and it took a long time to load and still would not connect to my company.

Pros

Right from the first time I opened the software everything made sense. It's very user friendly, simple to figure out and I was able to figure it out immediately without any confusion.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. The app is easy and user friendly so there's never any doubt about whether I'm using it correctly.

Pros

Getting started with this program felt very natural and I never had trouble figuring out how anything worked. It offers really useful features that work well for both managers and employees.

Cons

I do wish there were a dedicated button for lunch or breaks. It would also be helpful if meal times were tracked and shown separately.

Every day use has made timesheet tracking feel very easy and it also makes payroll submission much simpler for my employers.

Cons

Sometimes the system takes a little longer to load than I'd prefer but it's not a major issue.

Pros

Really convenient and efficient to use! Clocking in and out is incredibly simple and I really appreciate that it automatically adds up the total hours worked after each shift.

Cons

The only downside is that the clock in and clock out range doesn't reach close enough to my office so I have to walk to another spot just to do it. It would be much better if the range were expanded.
