Pros
I rely on this tool for managing my profile, setting career goals, tracking time, handling mentoring and running performance reviews. Having all of these features in one place makes life much simpler.
Cons
At the beginning it can feel difficult to navigate. Also I find the performance review contains numerous questions and it can take quite a while to complete all the blank fields.

Pros
The platform offers excellent integration across applications and I find that I can sign in from anywhere to access everything. It centralizes HR communications, performs reliably and the user-friendly GUI helps everyone pick it up quickly.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any major issues but I do think we could benefit from more online training resources to fully transfer knowledge across the team and to strengthen how we manage our database systems.

this tool has variety of functions and information, related to my job, performance reviews, compensation and payroll, are all available in one place.
Cons
Using the job search is buggy for me, I can't open job postings in new tabs and I have to tap 'see more' several times before all listings are visible.

Using this service for the past two years, I've found it incredibly easy to navigate and retrieve payroll details. It's a platform I would continue to use and wholeheartedly recommend.
Cons
As far as I can tell I haven't experienced any problems using the Cloud tool. Everything I needed was easy to find and use and nothing about accessing my information felt complicated or confusing.

Pros
The software functions as a single hub for managing employee information and the entire employment lifecycle. I appreciate how user-friendly it is and that employees can handle self-service tasks even when away from the office.
Cons
Occasional technical problems keep coming up and I really hope they minimize these glitches because we rely on the system for payroll processing and payslip access and even small disruptions cause me major headaches.

Pros
Setup is easy and I find it flexible without requiring coding. The reporting options like BIP and OTBI are excellent and having a sandbox for personalization is very helpful.
Cons
Limited customization stands out to me as I notice there are only a few context fields available and I feel constrained in what I can configure.

Pros
I find it very easy to use with an convenient UI. The essential modules, core HR, absence tracking, goal management, performance management and compensation, are all included. Cloud-based SaaS ensures centralized employee data without maintenance worries and quarterly upgrades are feasible.
Cons
One area I believe needs improvement is the Payroll and Benefits module, I find the features lacking, the search tool underdeveloped and the mobile-responsive interface slow which affects my experience.

From my experience this platform is extremely great and delivers a full HR suite. I find the cloud-based approach gives mobility, supports compliance, provides strong analytics and includes top-notch security and auditing. Workforce visualization and engagement features are particularly effective.
Cons
The Fusion Time and Labor module feels immature to me, with UI and workflow gaps, limited payroll country coverage, no US post-payroll tax filing and too many confirmation checkpoints that I find annoying during daily use.

This solution feels very innovative for emerging business structures in HR. I find it advantageous for managing talent, with online capabilities that simplify remote work and keep information synchronized. I remain cautiously optimistic about its potential.
Cons

Honestly very little about this tool is enjoyable. I find the user experience outdated and clumsy though I appreciate the flexibility in choosing which fields are shown.
Cons
Across modules I'm constantly frustrated by the buggy, dated interface and sluggish performance and I find the lack of mobile functionality particularly unacceptable for tasks like time and expense approvals.

Since it's cloud-based I really value the extra features you get compared to EBS and I also find Cloud Connect to be a handy tool.
Cons
The monthly maintenance schedule is something I don't love, as I find that changes can break features and I often don't discover issues until much later, leaving me waiting for the next fix window.

It offers much richer visual feedback and provides strong business intelligence reporting for my team. The payroll flow design is well thought-out and effective and REST service integration is now supported.
